Clean and cozy rooms. Nice restaurant, not big but nice spa zone

Second time visiting. Great location, nice architecture and interior. Friendly and helpful staff. Didn't try restaurant this time, but i hear it is still great. We got a room facing the river which was very nice and relaxing to watch.

First surprise - dust. And spider web in the floor corner. That was unexpected because last time we visited, we were amazed by the cleanliness. And after this "surprise" you start thinking about slippers and other mind clutter takes place. Shower had only overhead rain though you could see that there is a pipe for shower. Walls a bit too thin so you can hear if somebody is walking the corridor or coughing in the next room. Last time we were in the newer wing of the hotel and it was much better. And one more thing - NO USB socket in the room. We had fire alarm early in the morning (I guess it was false alarm) but I think it is more positive thing showing that it works.

I liked that the hotel was clean and well-maintained, with no signs of wear and tear. It felt brand new. I especially enjoyed the spa, which felt fresh, modern, and of very high quality.

I didn’t like that when booking the hotel, I couldn’t find any information that access to the spa required an additional fee. I also found it strange that the hotel required a deposit, as I had never encountered this before.

Breakfast was great

15euros EACH for use of the spa pool. No wonder it was empty Reception staff were trying too hard to upsell stuff Room was a VERY bad design for me - in the attic & the roof interfered greatly getting from the bed when sleepy to the bathroom
