At Christmas, the hotel looked magical, and our family spa time was worth it.

We liked that the hotel room was spacious and clean. The spa area was comfortable with kids and very relaxing, and the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere.

what could be bettrer is the breakfast was quite standard and just okay. For this price, we would have appreciated a few more dishes or menu options. The timing was also very strict — we saw some families arrive shortly before closing, and the staff quickly removed the hot dishes without trying to leave anything for them.

It could be more higher temperature in the room. In winter (January) time Klaipeda is so cold and humidity city.

Lovely hotel, could be great with little improvement

Great location, nicely decorated common areas.

Room although was big enough felt really cold and empty lacking wall furnishing and general coziness feel. Shower room was big enough for both the bath and the separate shower, but only bath with shower over it was there. Staff really cold. Could at least give a good morning next to the breakfast table. Room for improvement for sure.

Pleasant stay in a confortable hotel with a good location (extras a bit pricey)

The hotel is centrally located, and not far from the old town. Our room was cosy, but not too small. Good spacious bathroom. A really nice feature of the hotel is the guest lounge area in the central atrium! They also have a "sports bar" - which was packed on the night we arrived (basketball game!). Tea/coffee facilities provided plus fridge. Proper glasses (not plastic or cardboard). We were halfway through our tour of the Baltics, so getting our laundry done overnight was a blessing.

Breakfast was not included in our tariff, but offered for 17€/person. We chose to have breakfast at the bakery right next door (Prezo Kepyklele). Parking was not free (unlike the Victoria hotel in Kaunas), but cost 15€/day. The laundry was a bit expensive, we thought, at 27€ for 5kg.

modern hotel with exceptional facilities and outstanding breakfast variety

Beautiful, modern, and spacious hotel with excellent facilities including a pool area and sauna. The breakfast was absolutely worth it - the variety was incredible with an amazing selection of everything you could want

Hairdryer in the bathroom isn't the most convenient. The room is a bit small though - when sitting at the desk, it's difficult to pull the chair back without hitting the bed due to limited space

While the facilities were impressive, the service did not meet expectations.

The hotel impressed with its modern facilities, spacious spa, convenient location, and a sky bar serving excellent cocktails.

The staff didn’t seem to enjoy their work, which was noticeable throughout the stay. Starting with reception, the lady at the front desk was not informative about the hotel’s services and facilities. I had to ask for all the details myself, even though the hotel offers plenty — spa, restaurant, sky bar, lobby bar, and more. Strangely, a hotel of this standard makes no effort to highlight or upsell these amenities, which felt like a missed opportunity. The only staff member who truly stood out was a bartender at the sky bar, who clearly enjoyed his job and made the experience pleasant. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the lobby bar staff. Basic etiquette, such as properly serving wine, was lacking. I ordered a Pinot Noir, and they served me the end of one bottle and topped it up with wine from a new one — something that should never happen with proper wine service.

The room was with view to old building, we could not open window, because at other building was working china restaurant and the smell was terrible. 😞

Best Hotel in Klaipeda

This was the perfect spa to relax after a long trip. Everything smelled amazing - the room, the bathroom, even the liquid soap! You could tell a lot of thought went into all the little details. Everything was just right.

Small Cola glass bottle at the lobby bar – €4. I usually don’t complain about prices, but this feels a bit steep.

Very poor breakfast. Directions or signs for restaurants and pubs are missing. There are signs from the streets, however there are no signs from inside the hotel. Jacuzzi was a little bit cold.

A high quality property

This is an excellent place to stay in Klaipeda city centre, close to the river and old town. The property is modern and the decor in the rooms and common areas is very well put together. The service and quality of food and drinks at The Corner pub and the Skybar were some of the best we had in our stay in Lithuania. The breakfast selection was excellent.

Superb

Beautiful hotel with a perfect location! I should point out that the room was perfectly clean and the breakfast was varied and very tasty! Moreover, the rooms were well soundproofed.

The air conditioning in the room was quite loud and noisy. The automatic night floor lighting was too bright for the dark room and it turns on every time you move, even if you aren't standing on the floor. This was quite annoying, but we managed to cover the sensors.
