It is ok, if you are not spending much time in the apartment

It is a good value for the money you pay. Location is nice, they have private parking (although this was not cleaned - too much snow)

The TV does not work, there is no range hood - so cooking is NOT possible. the pan not compatible with the stove..

Other than that, it's a nice place, there's even wash machine with drying, large parking space, stylish interior.

It left a very bitter aftertase since I've been in this hotel before. I can live with not working kettle, semi working induction stove (have to say, for a short stay I would prefer damn microvawe), not working TV remote which makes the TV useless, broken furniture... But the WIFi connection which allows me to watch Euroleague on 486p, just killed it.

If you want to book this property make sure what size you’ll get and where your bed will be.

The place is pretty close to the city center so that’s nice. Also, thanks for giving us clean sheets and towels:) The owner communicates nicely and quickly responds.

I had no idea that our bed would be almost on the ceiling and that we’d need to literally climb ladder to reach it. It would be both-scary and claustrophobic for many people. Going to the toilet at night is quite a challenge I’d say:) Also, all would be well if I would have known how small the place would be and if the owner would add proper pics of room choices giving very honest options for people to choose from. I would have payed much more knowing these unexpected circumstances. And I don’t know why it’s not ok with the bear minimum cleaning here: it was dusty everywhere. Spiderwebs on the plant and under the cabinet. Dirty toilet and part of the sink. It’s beyond easy to fix these things.

The apartment itself was generally beautiful.

Unfortunately the apartment was very dirty. There was so much dust under the bed and couch. There was even a pill on the floor indicating that it wasn’t even vacuumed which for the price was very disturbing.

Cozy apartment but not clean

The property is nicely furnished and cozy.

The property was not cleaned - the towels were damp, there were food leftovers on the ground and some hair left in the sink. Also it was freezing at the beginning so I needed to turn on heating myself and wait until the apartment gets warm.

Interior - combination of old and new, attention to details (soap), convenient location, car parking.

Lack of towels. We were with kids (2+2), bet there were only 2 big towels and no kitchen towel.

The apartment is close to the city centre

The picture in booking doesn't much the room actually The waching machine didn't work. The host responded after a few hours and offered to fix the washing machine the day when we were checking out , a bit pointless The shower isn't separated from the rest of the bathroom, and the drain doesn't really work, so if you go in the shower, then the rest of the days you walk in the bathroom in the puddle.

Stayed in room 6 best room in the building absolutely stunning 100% recomommed this place to everyone also friends stayed in room 3 and 4 was stunning aswell easy access to centre cabs cheap places to eat near by and super clean love the brick layout makes place very homely

No response to calls or messages after 5 days

Apartments look very nice.

Very poor communication. I've been waiting for 5 days for a response to calls and messages and they don't accept calls or messages on a Sunday. When I spoke to the owner on a Sunday, he said he didn't like being called on a Sunday and would look into my request but never got back to me despite several messages and calls.

Beautiful place, but some details affected comfort

The apartment looks just like in the photos – beautiful interior, warm and cozy. Great location and convenient parking.

However, there are a few things that need improvement: the coat rack is poorly attached and keeps falling off (metal hooks would work better), the bathroom has an unpleasant smell, curtains don’t block any light, and the sound insulation is very weak – you can hear everything from neighbors and the street. Also, while the apartment looks tidy, cleaning seems to be only surface-level – under the bed and in corners it definitely needs more attention. The hosts are very kind and responsive, and overall the apartment has a lot of potential to be excellent with a few fixes.

Cozy apartment in an authentic old house

Super comfy room, with all needed appliances (washing machine, spacious refrigerator, etc.). House just a few hundred meters from the city center, ferry transfers to the Curonian Spit. Guests parking lot in the inner yard. Authentic house, brick walls, wooden stairs, simply nice!

No hangers in the bathroom :) Power sockets far from the bed :) Which may also be an advantage though :)

Fine new apartment in quite street with parking just behind. Walking distance to the Port, but only for fit people - not so close. Helpful and nice host.

Self check-in apartment without upfront information. Shower drain was clogged and no towel rails in the bathroom. All over a nice and very new apartment lacking still quite some basics in bathroom and kitchen equipment.

Flat was situated in a good place. Free parking seen from the flat. .

When we arrived at the flat there was someone's stuff in the room.There was a very foul smell near the bed, it might be comming from the wall, but it was really difficult to locate it. It was also hard to fall asleep because of this bad smell. There was no place to dry towels- no heating pipes or a radiator. No washing machine, no toiletries like shampoo, body oil (that one would expect for a pretty big price per night), no non-stick pans- it all troubled our stay.

Lovely stay in central Klaipeda

very clean, modern, close to centre, free parking in the yard, big TV

missing some essentials, like washing liquid for dishes, sponges, kitchen towel/paper, coffee-tea, sugar, coat rack in corridor, any kind of hooks to hang wet towels etc, only one roll of toilet paper, doormat. It didn’t affect our stay much, but small things help to keep your lovely place nicer for longer and people could clean their spillage, wash dishes etc

Very good

The location was perfect for us - a nearby old town and a shopping center. Spacious, clean apartment. Quite place, even though Klaipėda celebrated jazz festival - we were far enough to don't be bothered by loud music, close enough to enjoy it. Would recommend it and might come back.

It isn't comfortable for a longer stay (we stayed there for a week). We did miss a place we could hang towels, and weren't provided with basic kitchen supplies (as if tools to clean after ourselves).
