The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom was very thought out and the visual appeal is there. This is a place that would be amazing for multiple day stay. The room had a washing/drying machine and apart from kitchen having only one working induction hob was well enough equipped.
We travelled in the beginning of May, when the weather was cool, apart from having had a couple of warm days, and the coldness of the apartment was horrible! It was so cold that there was not even an idea to take a shower. Had to sleep in warm socks and a jacket.
The quality of the couch in the living room is questionable. And the TV raised some questions - it doesn’t have a Netflix login, so I logged in with mine, but the internet connection was spotty and it was very difficult to log out. It’d be nice if such an apartment would have its own Netflix account, so visitors wouldn’t have to worry about logging out.

Really great aesthetics; the lighting was especially nice. Very easy to self check in and check out. The communication from the staff was very good. It felt like coming home after the day instead of returning to a hotel room.
The shower head was broken where it connected to the wall so it could only be used by holding, which made applying soap a bit difficult. The kettle was filthy to the point that I couldn't use it. There is no rack for drying dishes after you've washed them. The curtains to the windows provided enough privacy I think, but the streetlight outside shined through all night which made it a bit difficult to sleep. The handles and curtains on some of the windows were also dirty.

Nice apartment in a quieter part of the city. It's an old brick house, but beautifully renovated inside. I loved the interior- red brick walls add coziness. One of the windows faced the street, but there was no noise- good sound proofing. There's also a parking space which is great if you're coming by car. Good room size for 1-2 people. Very clean and easy check-in.
Just a few points for improvement: there was no chair in the apartment and I'm a short person, so it was troublesome for me to close the window. Also, I couldn't get warm water running in the bathroom sink and the sink wasn't draining properly.

The place is pretty close to the city center so that’s nice. Also, thanks for giving us clean sheets and towels:) The owner communicates nicely and quickly responds.
I had no idea that our bed would be almost on the ceiling and that we’d need to literally climb ladder to reach it. It would be both-scary and claustrophobic for many people. Going to the toilet at night is quite a challenge I’d say:)
Also, all would be well if I would have known how small the place would be and if the owner would add proper pics of room choices giving very honest options for people to choose from. I would have payed much more knowing these unexpected circumstances.
And I don’t know why it’s not ok with the bear minimum cleaning here: it was dusty everywhere. Spiderwebs on the plant and under the cabinet. Dirty toilet and part of the sink.
It’s beyond easy to fix these things.
