Highly NOT recommended.

The room was ready 2.5 hours prior to official check in time. The staff was friendly upon arrival.

We've found strangers'hair on the pillow. The sink in our private bathroom is almost fully clogged (water hardly draining) and the sink itself is extremely small with a huge soap dispenser above. The shower head holder is broken. The shower gel dispensers are broken too (you can hardly get product). The kitchen in the common area has a very strong, unpleasant, old cooking smell. The mattresses are extremely soft and very uncomfortable to sleep and even just lay on. The walls in the hostel are paper thin: you can hear peoples phones vibrating, people talking, walking, basically every little sound coming not only from the neighbors next door. It was impossible to fall asleep because of the torturing combination of mattresses quality and all the noises around that we decided we cannot spend a minute longer here, not even considering "sleeping" another night in this nightmare, so we packed our bags and left in the middle of the first night (we shortened our trip and booked new, earliest tickets home).

Very nice cosy self check-in hostel

I like self check in and everything you need is in the room. Good location and nice modern room facilities.

Somehow the kitchen is higher then me. It is made on the 18 cm step. Find strange but is not critical. Air conditioning remote control holder is loose, need to tighten with the screw. Shower door edges need to apply limescale it will look much cleaner. Doors is not soundproof. The bed for me is too soft. But for one night stay is ok.

Great room

It was lovely. Very well decorated. Room was spacious, it had a bathroom and an air conditioner. There was common kitchen, also well equipped. Check-in was really easy and even though there wasn't any reception the staff was helpful trough the messages. We could leave a car at the parking lot for some time after the check-out. Location was good, around 15-20 minutes walk from the old city, restaurants and the ferry.

Shower was leaking a little bit on the bathroom floor, but it didn't didn't bother us.

Great stay!

The room was very clean and new, had everything we needed, and the kitchen was also very tidy, I really liked that! The street is calm and the walking distance to the city centre is also close by.:)

Most likely best apartment in Klaipeda

I do not recall to ever receive better value for money. It was so good we prolonged the stay. Everything in the hostel and the apartment we had feels brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped. It feels more like hotel than hostel.

Overall a good experience

The room was quite comfortable and clean. The toilet and shower were nearby. Beautiful interior both in the room and in the whole hostel.

A little disappointing because the room did not match the rooms shown in the pictures. There was no window, only in the roof.

It was nice experience by staying.

It was nice place for living in Klaipeda. I loved the spacious room. The shared kitchen was great for cooking and breakfast. I prepared a tea in breakfast due to your kitchen. I would say Comfort Hostel Klaipeda is nice place.

In the late night, one of the guest was making noise while disturbing my sleep. He was speaking on a phone so loudly so it was bad. I would suggest try to maintain controlling noise from guests during late night timings.

Nice space to have a base in Klapeida

Great space, and extremely comfortable beds. Perfect size for the two of us to just get back home and sleep. There was a kitchenette which we didn't use but a big plus. The bathroom was the smaller size, but no complaints here as it was a private room.

Other guests were a little noisy and you can hear through the walls.

Perfect for 1 night stay

Self check-in is a big plus. It's clean, bed is comfortable, quite cosy&modern interior. Should be good for short term stay.

- The room was so small, you had to move the bed in case you wanted to use (open) a fridge or reach for the pan. - Walls and doors are made of paper, you could literally hear someone snoring, watching TV or else..

Not what I was expecting

Convenient check in and comfortable beds. The room was clean.

It was a bit noisy in the morning. The doors of the room are placed in such a way that it is a struggle to open them, not enough of space for that. There were teabags and a kettle but no sink, kitchen or cups in the room. I booked a bigger room but got a really small room.

Bad experience with check in

Clean. Everything new.

It is no reception and i didn't get any information that is self check in. We came for chek in how and said from 3pm to 12pm and surprise nobody here. Tried to call the number which is given here. Tried to text and nothing. Nobodys answer. Good that we meet cleaners who speaks just russian but we don't speak. Anyway somehow we mange it and if not cleaners help probably we never would get in. Really was stressful time. Not very pleasant experience. Disappointed that administration didn't t work very good them job this time.

Good location and all what you need during your stay

Clean, the bed was comfortable and big. It was easy to check in. People was very kind. Super good point: we were able to wash our clothes and dry it.

AC not working properly, we tried to put higher temperature and was cold wind. Also the toilets were too small, without the sink and no space to place your stuff.

Ideal in between the international ferry and the city, easy to park and EV charging available. Real value for money and full automatic check-in, accessibility, kitchenette, ….

Very small bathroom, limited isolation and check in would have been easier receiving the codes and instructions upfront. No need to call.

The property is in the good location, especially if traveling with a car. It’s not too far away from the city center, but at the same time was parking. This wasn’t my first stay and both time the rooms and other facilities were clean and pleasant to use. It’s a great opinion for introverted people since you see little to no staff members.

There are a few down sides too… The sound isolation is not the best. Most of the other guests were quiet so it didn’t bother us as much, but if you are sensitive to sounds you have to consider it. Other problem was the size of the bath room. The shared bathroom is big and spacious, but the one we had in our room was tiny. It wasn’t the issue for us, but if you have mobility issues or fear of small spaces that might be a problem.
