The staff at reception doesn't speak English but speaks Russian. If you don't speak Lithuanian or Russian it will be a little complicated.. But it is not a big problem.

Very nice stay in Klaipeda

First of all - place for the car and location - near the center of the city. Room was as expected - good and clean without the bonus presents.

The place of the hotel is basicaly in the old town and everything is reachable by foot

The pool was not working, even tho the reason we booked this exact place, was due to them having a pool. We still payed full price and nobody warned us even after checking in.

Clean, with a good park place, close to the old town

Perfect location! It’s near old town. Very comfortable. You can order a breakfast. There is a brewery close to the hotel. Highly recommended ;)

Money for nothing

Location was close to center, family room was big enough

It was very cold inside, and stuff did not reacted to my request to switch heating. Keys of the room were not fitting into door, I had to change them and spent a lot of time on this. I was afraid to damage the keys and block the door. After 23:00 fire alarm switched on and woke up everybody. It was working for few minutes and then just switched off without any clarifications. It was very noisy, as other drunk visitors returned from center to hotel during the night. No breakfast was offered on Sunday morning.
