great location, clean and cozy rooms, self check in. parking is nearby however might be busy. Second stay there

we stayed in the room 204, it has balcony, but there is no window that could be opened, the air feels stuck, and in order to get some sense of freshes i had to switch on air conditioning

Terrible- avoid at all cost

Bedbugs!!!!!! We had red bites all over... The bathroom was bad... We skipped showering Avoid at all cost

Good location close to Klaipeda city border.

Big and spacy double beds. Room was very quiet although Klaipeda cargo port is very close to hotel. Easy self check-in with the QR code. Be sure that internet will be available during check-in process. W-Fi is free for all guests. Cheap BOLT TAXI when using application and driving to New ferry terminal (Naujoji perkelia), but for Smyltine (Alksnyne) - Nida bus it is better to use Old ferry terminal (Senaji perkelia). From Old ferry terminal you can catch the bus to Nida. Excellent Swedish table breakfast just only for 7 EUR/per person.

Nothing. The only problem is the location (close to port) and little bit far (about 750 metrs or more) from restaurants, eateries and supermarkets, but is still walking distance

Exceptional value for money compared to surrounding hotels.

Very clean, modern, has a great common area with glass roof. Has normal kitchens and free parking.

Limited parking. City center 20 minutes walking but it's not too bad. Rooms are small and missing a wardrobe but it's not really a problem.

A lovely stay with great service, tasty breakfast, and a convenient location!

Great location – everything was within easy reach. Even when the reserved parking spots were taken, we still managed to find a place for the car nearby. The self check-in process was super convenient. We also really appreciated the shared kitchenette for guests – perfect for storing some food or preparing a quick meal. Breakfasts were simple but high quality and very tasty – and the coffee was excellent! We’re especially grateful to the staff, particularly the lovely ladies at reception, who went out of their way to help us organize a sweet birthday surprise for our dad. Their effort and kindness made it truly special. Outstanding service – thank you so much!

The colors in the room. Quite nice furniture.

1) Neighborhood. Factories around (Javine, Grigeo). So be ready to smell sweet dough or paper smell and sounds of ventilators. 2) No wardrobe in the room. 3) Lack of cleanliness, even the bedding.☹️ 4) Parking and staff solving problems concerning it. Some (about 8) parking places are near hotel (fully parked), other - in hotel yard, where guard let you in. There cars park blocking one another. So if car owner leave phone number on window you are lucky to leave. If others do not leave phone number - problem is all yours. Despite you are let by hotel to park in the hotel yard… So in my case I left phone number and was called at 7:10 AM to move my car. Later my car was blocked by 2 cars with no phone numbers left (as it turned out later, of people working there). As I called reception concerning situation, staff said they are not solving parking problems… 🤷‍♀️ Shocked. There were no alternatives left just to call for help 112... The experience was really challenging, tens and unpleasant. Despite this nightmare, we made it and were on time to ferry to the dolphins show. 5) Recommend to check more negative reviews concerning personnel, breakfast, etc. DO NOT RECCOMEND FOR FAMILIES.

Good place for a one night stay

Nice check inn, you do not need to meet anybody to get inside. Private parking lot. The interior of the room is very nice, cozy and warm inside.

A mattress was too soft for us. Tap water with a strange taste. Not a bad thing - just nothing nice around you can see through the windows.

The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms are newly furnished. The kitchen is useful.

It was written that there is free parking. However, I didn't find free space for my car, and all nearby there were no places to legally park the car. Parked it where it was not allowed, and the whole night panicked - what will happen? When I came to my room, the room was open and not cleaned, I was really tired, so it was a shock. However, the staff helped - and gave me another room. But it was difficult to find the number, and where to call, it was overall stressful. During the night, around 5 a.m. somebody started to try to open my room's door three times, then the doors started to make a signaling sound... It was super scary, I didn't react, because I was alone in my room... it woke me up, so I didn't get a good night's sleep...

Good stay for a short holiday

Clean, modern design, free coffee, kitchen on each floor, free parking, self check in, nice terrace on top floor, ac,location is ok if traveling by car.

Small bathroom, more storage space would be nice, cannot open window in the second room, some food went missing from fridge in that shared kitchen, but that's probably guests. Would be good to have a snack vending machine
