Very functional place with practical location

Very practical location close to train station, a lovely big park with sculptures and city centre. The room was very functional and clean. Great with a common fridge and the possibility to make a cup of tea.

The air quality was a bit unpleasant since it was not fresh air. The room was very small. Fine for a short stay if you mainly need a place to sleep.

Small issues could be fixed: shower hose a bit leaking, small fixes for wall are needed (a bit peeled off in places), but it had no impact for comfort of stay whatsoever.

Small, but tidy and nice rooms. Hotel itself - modern, clean, even free coffee, kitchen basics available. Very cosy and silent. Few steps from coach terminal - excellent when arriving late or leaving early.

Would be nice to have windows that can be opened, but I understand the restrictions from the building perpective.

It was clean, modern, very comfortable, well ventilated and spacious enough for a family of four. The double bunk bed for the kids was excellent.

I was not sure how exactly the extra pay breakfast booking was supposed to be done and that was something we really missed. Also, the entry doors to the rooms are not very sound proof. Even behind closed doors the sound from inside the room can be heared almost theoughout the whole first floor hallway. A minor nuance, but that means you basically have to whisper in order to preserve some privacy inside the room.

Nice place

The room is nice and modern. We had the quadruple room with a queen size and a bunk bed. It was very comfy. Spacious bath room. There is a common area with a small kitchen, a high top and regular table. Very nice.

The TV is mounted on the side of the bunk bed - no telly watching from the queen size bed :-) Be aware - this is outside the tourist area. (We know and chose this on purpuse).

The room itself was nice and clean. The lady who was there at the time we arrived was very kind and helpful. The kitchen in the corridor had all the necessities, including a fridge.

The check-in process was not very well thought-through. It would be nice if some instructions were sent ahead of the check-in time. We arrived slightly early and hadn't received any information from the hotel regarding the check-in, so we couldn't even understand how to get into the hotel. Getting into the room is done with a code. In our case the lock wasn't working properly and we discovered that it wasn't locking our room. Eventually we were given a physical key, but I'd advise to double check if the room is actually locked before leaving.
