Old, not worth to go

Good enough location, but it’s possible to find better for the same price. Stuff was friendly. Rooms are quite big.

Bathroom curtain – moldy. Towels – had a strong stale smell, as if they had been stored somewhere cold and damp. There are no power outlets next to the bed. Even with the windows closed, you can hear everything from the street, as well as everything happening in the neighboring rooms (whether it’s snoring or more intimate sounds). We visited in winter, and the spa area was not operational because water was leaking through the roof, so access was restricted. Breakfast was very basic – you can forget about plant-based or lactose-free milk. For dessert, there was only one type of cookies. No fruit or yogurt available. The pillows were very thin and small, like the cheapest ones from IKEA.

Transfered me to another hotel

I booked the single room 4 months in advance. The room was supposed to be 26 sq m, with air con and everything else that is listed. The day before they messaged me that due to reasons they had to relocate me to another hotel, with a promise they'll upgrade me to a superior room. In reality I was transferred to a 3 star hotel (from 4), and was given a 10 sq m room (instead of 26 sq m). This is not a review of that hotel so I wont write anything about that. I also cant write anything about this hotel because I was never there! Ive scrolled through reviews and noticed that Im not the only one to whom theyve done this. Keep this in mind when booking at this hotel. You might end up in a different hotel not meeting your expectations or what you paid for.

Great and comfortable place

Everything was great to stay for a short time, even the breakfast. The location is great, in a few minutes walk from the main street and not too far from the shore.

TV had slight issues loading Youtube, but probably it's related to unstable WI-FI signal.

Very good

It was clean and tidy, close to the city center (15mins walkf to the ferry to Kosa). The hotel was calm, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was superb. I parked the car in front of the hotel, so I am not sure how it worked with the garage.

The room was large and spacious. Breakfast was varied. Staff were pleasant and friendly. The secure car park was handy. Great central location.

The heating couldn't be controlled in the room, and it was way too hot. It's probably ok for some, but not us from the Isle of Man. Hot food could have been hotter, and pastries were stale (maybe because it was Easter Monday and they re-baked them)?

Cheaper inside than it looks from the outside.

Hotel from the outside looks nice, the staff is helpful. But in the inside of the rooms some of the elements are really below economy level (like faucets in the bathroom, some light bulbs, TV remote barely working). For the money paid it is probably OK, but hotel in the downtown of Klaipeda could do more probably.

Bathroom equipment (cheap faucets), light bulbs (with the blue (cheap) light), TV remote not working properly, curtain rail torn down, no convenient socket for the phone charger near the bed.

Nice hotel

The room, the hotel, the walking distance to the old town and train/ bus station.

The young men have a hobby in Klaipeda. Noisy cars and noisy motorbikes. Infront of the hotel the road is straight and the speed up very noisy for fun. It's not the fault of the hotel, but you have to know about it, if you like open windows.

An excellent option for a bit of peace and quiet.

Firstly the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The room was very spacious with a lovely living room area and a balcony. The breakfast was simple but served its purpose with a good range of things to choose from. Also, being away from the main city centre, meant we mainly had a very good night's sleep.

The first night did have an outdoor ventilator that was loud and working. Luckily we were not in the room next door. However I believe that the hotel turned this off afterwards. If there is a problem with this, I am sure the staff would sort it out.

Very poor

I am shocked that this hotel has a 4-star rating and 8.3 ratings in Booking. The main hall looks nice and thats it. I never did that lousy review for a place like this, but this should be said.

-The rooms are horrible, they need to do a renovation urgently. Photos are heavily photoshopped on the page, the bed mattresses are ancient and they add on top a simple one to make it more comfortable but doesn't help. -The bathroom equipment is old and not clean the rubber even has changed color. -Air condition doesn't work -One of the windows was broken and doesn't open. -Breakfast is terrible quality and everything from low-quality canned food.
