The location is great. Close to the station and in the center of town. The staff are very kind. The breakfast was very nice. The cafe space is lovely.

It would have been nice to have a black tea bag in the room. The kettle and the non-caffeine tea bag for the evening were very much appreciated! Thank you.

The place made me nostalgic for the small hotels of my younger years.

The hotel is in the middle of the historic part of the city and is historic. The top floor room (can Elle, all the rooms are named after spices) is spacious. The breakfast is a good value as all the ingredients are fresh and products come from their farm. The atmosphere is “sympa,” “gesellig,” cosy and friendly.

I don’t mind the older decor, but others might. If you are looking for a holiday inn, this is not the right fit.

The beauty of the hotel.

The pillows were to softy (but that's a matter of taste). It is an old building and you can hear the neighbours. But I guess if you want the charm, you have to sacrifice ;)

Lovely, Cozy Weekend Stay

The hotel is right in old city...200 m to the castle and 50 m to all buses and lake front. The cafe downstairs has a wonderful breakfast with home made bio bread, cheese, meusli, coffee and juice. It is highly recommended. You are given a book of coupons for free museum entries and free transport. The bed is very comfortable and there is a sink in the room. The staff in the café are kind and friendly.

Being in the center has its price...it is very noisy at night. There is a kettle in the room, but no microwave. The shared bathroom is very clean, but not ideal. There is no secure place to keep your luggage for the day once checked out, but arrangements were kindly made.

J'ai apprécié la situation géographique dans le centre historique à 5 minutes du Château! Chambre propre et agréable. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Très bon petit déjeuner. A recommander.

La chambre était petite, mais suffisante pour une nuit. Pas de personnel au dèlà de 18h, cela n'était pas rassurant pour moi qui voyageait seule.

Uns hat alles bestens gefallen: Lage, Zimmer (einfach, aber funktionell), Dusche am Gang, Frühstück. Mitten in der Altstadt, am Fusse der Kathedrale, einfch toll.

Ma pire literie en Suisse.

Le petit déjeuner était simple mais parfait. La situation est dans la vieille ville.

Je n'ai jamais eu un lit pareil, avec un matelas fait de mousse, qui une fois compressé en le pinçant avec deux doigts faisait moins de deux centimètres (vori photos) ! Je n'ai rien remarqué en me couchant, mais me suis réveillé à 1h du matin avec des douleurs dans le dos, et j'ai fait la crèpe pendant un long moment... Ensuite démarrage des cloches à 6h du matin, suivi de la balayeuse à 6h30. Nuit magnifique! Rideau plastique qui sépare la douche du wc (serrés l'un contre l'autre). Le restaurant n'ouvre qu'à 7h30, et il n'y a pas de machine à café.

Gut für ein paar Tage in Neuenburg

Ich habe wirklich gut geschlafen. Daher auch sehr gut bewertet. Das Bad war relativ neu. Es war wahnsinnig viel Platz. Checkin hat gut funktioniert.

Eine Steckdose beim Tisch wäre wünschenswert, da man sonst seinen Computer nicht laden kann beim arbeiten ohne den Tisch zu verschieben bis zum Bett. Spinnenwebe. Licht über Schalter im Wohnzimmer hat nicht funktioniert, da falsch in der Steckdose eingesteckt. Konnte ich jedoch selber beheben.

Super gelegen in Zentrum von Neuchâtel und schnell zu Fuss am See. Frühstück sehr fein und Servicepersonal sympatisch Dusche im WC im Zimmer vorhanden was in einem alten Gebäude nicht selbstverständlich ist

Dusche/Badezimmer sehr klein aber für ein Wochenende mehr als ausreichend

La localisation La gentillesse du personnel Les bons produits Nous avons pu connaître l’existence de la ferme bio dynamique et nous y sommes allés.

Le tissu des housses lit et coussins. Désagréables au contact. L’impossibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres en plein.
