One of the most beautiful areas of Switzerland. Lots of bars and places to eat close to the hotel.

The hotel does not have any parking though it provides a free parking sticker if you find a free white marked parking space. This could be a problem if you have a lot of luggage or have difficulty walking.

Neuchatel

This hotel was perfect. Situated right on the port and waterfront. It's very close walk to everything. The room was clean and comfortable. And staff was very helpful.

The only complaint I have is I stayed in a Saturday night and next door at the bar they played Tecno music very loud so it was hard to sleep. Apparently they stop at midnight. But Sunday night was quite. So keep that in mind if you book here

Very nice and friendly personnel at the reception. Room was clean and sufficient stash of towels. Location is very good, close to the city center and the lake of Neuchatel.

Breakfast was too basic for the price. Room was quite small, didn't have a lot of room to open my trolley.

Really enjoyed the 2 nights i spent there :)

The location is excellent, just Infront of the river, the city center and the train station. the breakfast at the hotel is good, all was ok, for a 3-star hotel is really good one. Highly recommend.

The bath tube is not so comfortable for shower the water is everywhere. But this is the only issue i found there what is not bad.

Sleepless, hence, tired already when starting my 800 km drive back home

The location was great, both close to the lake and the city centre. Breakfast was OK and parking was free. The size of the hotel room and most of the items were OK.

The walls are so thin that my neighbour, who was snoring like crazy prevented me from sleeping most of the night. This was not acceptable and as the reception was closed between 23:00 - 06:00h, it was not possible to change rooms. Overall the hotel is OK, but not being able to get some sleep dragged down the overall score of the hotel

Nice location nut noisy due to traffic. would not recommend when it is too warm out to shut windows.

Noisy room with much traffic noise. Impossible to close windows as it would be to warm. The fan provided was terrible.

There was a terrible smell from the bathroom and the AC was noisy - I actually felt quite sick with the smell in the bathroom.

It was walking distance from the centre and the lake.

There was a noisy bar located below. No air conditioning or ventilation, so sleeping without the window open was useless, and sleeping with the window open was impossible. Plus bugs on the ceiling, plus they didn't provide new towels, just hung up the wet ones from the floor. they also, and this was the worst. provided only one small coffee package on the first day of a four day stay. Though they refilled sugar and cream every day.

Very nicely furnished and well located. Charming interior and rooms were roomy.

Breakfast not included. Cost CHF 15 on top. Said breakfast not included through booking.com but it appears breakfast is always on top.
