We enjoyed our stay.
The question re breakfast does not apply, unless a tea or coffee is breakfast. The location was superb. The place was very clean. The shower good, even if the piping a bit bizarre. The bath appreciated. Not to mention if you went overboard and supplied some bath salts.
The main bed was unusable as a double. The right side made atrocious noise to any movement on it. We had to use the second bed as well as half the double. The kitchen lacks a breadboard. Could have used more coffee capsules and black tea.

We come back because we love the location
Location is amazing. Right in the heart of the city. Dog friendly
Top floor, no lift. Property is a bit tired. Most of the shutters are broken or missing altogether. Short of cutlery (replaced when asked). No hairdryer. 2nd fridge still doesn’t work (broken last year). No bedside lamps and insufficient fans (only one provided).

Location was excellent. Cleanliness was wonderful. Also very quiet.
We were there during a heat wave. There is no air condition and they did not have any fans. Plus they probably hadn’t opened it during nights to cool it down. Our first night was miserable. All of us were dripping sweat all night using no blankets. We didn’t sleep. Plus one bedroom has thin vertical blinds and only a roof window that opens. The blinds are broken and provide no assistance against the blazing sun coming through the window all day. That room we closed off because it was an oven.

Great value for money, perfect location
The location is absolutely awesome, right in the center of the city, close to restaurants, shops and the lake as well as public transportation options (bus, train and boat). The facilities (kitchen, fridge, coffee machine) offered were very good and the hosts were reacting promptly to all inquiries we made. Great value for money, especially for a longer stay
The written info on the check-in came two days too late (however, I also missed a call of the owners when travelling there), otherwise, we were mostly bothered by a strong cigarette smell in the room - first we thought it came from the sheets but it turned out someone must have been smoking in there before. This is unfortunate because it dampened out overall satisfaction with the place.

Fantastic location, fantastic place and fantastic and helpful management..the perfect package!!
The location was perfect! It came with so many amenities! It was great because there was a market close by which allowed us to cook at “home.” It was close to the train and bus station. We opted to not rent a car so that was really convenient. Lastly it was very well maintained!! Really well thought out and well stocked!
The only thing that was a bit difficult was finding it in the dark the first night because we arrived late the first night… the Taxi drive took us to another place with a similar name …but once we figured out that …me made it.
