Beautiful villa in a fantastic location.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Cavtat. The location is amazing and the Villa itself is a beautifully decorated old building (note stairs) with all the facilities you will need and a super comfy bed! We had a gorgeous room with sea views and a little balcony. This is our second stay and we will definitely be back!! The staff are just lovely too!

Lovely stay, in a great location!!

Great location very close to the waterfront. Easy to find and very clean. Very helpful and responsive staff should you have any questions. We were able to store our luggage before and after checkout which was great as we weren’t flying till late.

It’s quite close to the main strip so could be deemed as a bit noisy but wasn’t an issue for us.

Wonderful stay in a relaxing, beautiful city.

Location was great, staff was exceptional. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Excellent shower, perhaps our best in a 3 week European vacation.

Our second floor room had limited headroom on one side of the bed. We wished there had been a waste bin in the room itself, in addition to the small one in the bath.

A comfortable, clean and modern stay in a historic town right along the waterfront.

Beautiful location and building along the main promenade in Cavtat. The bed was the most comfortable of the trip, and the room was furnished nicely. Overall, it felt clean, welcoming, and comfortable and put us in a great location to explore the small town on our last night in Croatia. Super convenient location to the the airport the next day.

The walk to the parking lot is a tiny bit longer than one might prefer, though that is nothing against the hotel. There was a bit of spill-over noise from the restaurants below when trying to go to sleep - though we were sleeping earlier than usual and that's nothing against the hotel either.

Quiet and in a good location along the waterfront but without the view.

Location and it was quiet. Breakfast was provided by simply eating complimentary at the waterfront restaurant below the Villa Faggioni.

The bathroom had mold on ceiling above the shower. The vanity faucet leaked. Our room (5) was tucked back in the corner of the building with no real view. For the same money, we had a waterfront room in the Bellevue Hotel in Šibenik.

A beautiful town to explore if you are flying out of Dubrovnik airport.

Fantastic location right in the old town. They organised a transfer to the airport and a takeaway sandwich which was appreciated as we had an early check in at the airport. Great place for a stop over.

Very small room. Shower door is broken so you have to squeeze through to have a shower. Contactless so don’t see anyone.

Holiday in Cavtat

The view and location were excellent.

They didn't renew our tea and coffee every day and we had to keep asking for more. There was no bodywash in the shower cubicle when we arrived, so we had to ask for some. We also ran out of hand-wash and we ended up just using the bodywash. They obviously weren't checking when cleaning the room.

Bijou rooms in a perfect location.

Clean and well-presented with comfy beds and in a great location for all the marina action. Checkin instructions were straightforward and we took advantage of the transfer to/from the airport which worked well.

Amazing stay, great people and ready to go back next year

This definitely exceeded our expectations! We loved staying here. Bedroom was very nice, extremely comfortable and clean, the surrounding area was safe and amazing and we have plans to come back next year. Staff were great and everyone was so, so nice.

The only tiny downside was that our bedroom didn’t have any natural light due to one window being directly to reception area outside and the other window had a wall in front of it. But didn’t make the stay unpleasant in any way and also that’s exactly what we paid for (cheaper and without a view).

Wonderful

The property is in an excellent location right on the Marina where all the restaurants and bars are, yet so quiet and comfortable in the room. Great air conditioning, lovely to have a fridge and wonderful to have dual aspects of the sea and rooftops of the town. Also the host (Nora) was extremely helpful and available. Great suggestions for places to eat and made us feel so welcome. We really enjoyed our breakfast in Zino- choose the omelette, freshly made!

LOvely accommodation, helpful staff.

The accommodation is well-located on the harbour frontand the view from our room was great. The room itself was well-equipped and comfy. The property was near lots of local facilities and had easy access to restaurants, etc... The staff at Villa Faggioni were really helpful and had lots of good suggestions for things to do.

Due to our late booking we had a room without any outdoor space however there was a communal terrace area just across the corridor from our room which was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine.

Cosy Location

This was a charming little room near the waterfront of CAVTAT. Norah was extremely helpful on check-in, the room was clean. Breakfast was included, which was available downstairs at the café, where we could look at the harbor and order off the menu.

Our mattress was uncomfortable and saggy, but our friends who also stayed here did not have that problem. Also, our room only had a skylight as a view whereas our friends had views of the harbor. It was a little misleading as originally the views on the website were gorgeous.
