Super relaxing stay in a lovely, friendly hotel in a great location xx

Everything! Lovely clean room & bathroom with super see view from the balcony. Loved the pool & pool area. Delicious & varied breakfast included in our room cost. Ana & all staff were friendly & helpful, going the extra mile at every opportunity! We loved Cavtat too & will definitely be back xx Ps - we rather enjoyed the walk back up the hill after an evening out.

Very clean and convenient for both Cavtat and Dubrovnik airport.

This hotel stayed open for our stay for one night- we were their only guests on 3rd Nov. The owner was very helpful and single handed catered for us. Good, comfortable room, great shower.

Small point but view from balcony was great except for the abandoned boat and rubbish in the road in front of the hotel.

The location has incredible views however distance to the promenade and old town a bit of a hike, and be aware of traffic. Beautifully decorated! Anna and her staff exceptional! Lovely pool area.

Wow,Where to start? It was nothing short of incredible. From the minute we arrived we were met with a smile and made feel so welcome by Ana, an absolute lady! The location was perfect, facilities incredible and exceptionally clean. Ana was on hand to offer great recommendations and was a wealth of knowledge for everything we needed, couldn’t do enough for us! Breakfast offered such a great variety, with different dishes offered daily, with a view of the pool and the harbour. From the room the sea views were picturesque from your own private balcony, making the early morning starts so much easier. House keeping were so attentive with fresh water and towels every day and rooms left immaculate! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Over priced but if you don’t expect too much, it is good enough.

Handy to Dubrovnik airport and in a lovely location. The bed was firm. Nice view. The staff were nice. The room was clean. There is a lift available to the rooms, once you’re inside.

There are about six steps to get into the reception area. The kettle in the room didn’t work and when we notified staff, we understood it wouldn’t be fixed or swapped while we were there. The shower was tricky to use. Yes, we asked - but should you have to ask how to use a shower? The pillows were lumpy and sparse at the same time. There was only one to choose from. Our friends needed to get away before 8 so their breakfast sandwich was delivered the night before. Our breakfast was barely warm (eggs heated by tea light candles). The toast was pre-prepared and delivered to us in a basket, tepid. Not much to choose from. In a hotel close to the airport, a breakfast before 8 would be considered normal, I think, and one where you could help yourself to hot toast should be regulation.

Lovely quiet hotel with very friendly helpful staff and beautiful views across the bay

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff, beautiful view over the bay and a small but nice swimming pool. The breakfasts were good - always something new each day and little home made cakes were a bonus. A good range of restaurants in the harbour and opportunity for great trips by boat to Dubrovnik, Locrum island, and the Blue cave on another island etc. Dubrovnik itself was spectacular.

It didn't really bother us, but the view from our second floor looked out over a car park which wasn't visible in the photos on the hotel website. However the view beyond the car park over the bay itself was exceptionally lovely. It was a 7 minute walk up the hill from the harbour which was hard in the heat, but really nothing to complain about.

Lovely stay at Seventh

Spotlessly clean, modern, aircon worked perfectly, water replenished daily, Owners and all workers we met were lovely. Views over Cavtat amazing and not far from town (via steps or main road - hill prob not suitable for guests with mobility issues although there was a regular bus 1 stop from town). Could always get a sunbed or seat by the pool even in peak season - pool water temperature was great. Easy to get to Dubrovnik to see the city via boat or bus

Breakfast a little repetitive but convenient. Would opt for Room only if you want larger selection. lots of options in town.

Acceptional, relaxing gem of a hotel.

We enjoyed everything about this gem of a hotel. Staff attentive and helpful at all times. Cleaners excellent. Breakfast was good. Plenty of pool towels and room towels. Great shower with hot water. Bonus to have a fridge in the room with water bottles delivered daily. Great views from balcony. A/C worked perfectly. Clean bedding daily. Acceptional.

Perfect

What a find! Anna and her daughter (owners) could not do more for their guests. It's clear they genuinely care about their guests and they made our 3 night stay a wonderful experience. The hotel is tucked away above the town and is an ideal location to all of the amenities and restaurants in the area. We spent 4 nights in Dubrvnik, and then the last 3 at this hotel. Highly recommend the hotel, and a welcome relief to get away from the busy environment in Dubrovnik. It was a great way to end the trip, with the added bonus that the airport is literally a 10 minute drive. Hope to be back one day!

The only slight downside is perhaps the steep climb back to the hotel, but you can easily jump ion a taxi for a few Euros if you don't fancy the walk. My wife and I instead appreciated the climb just so that we could burn off those extra calories from the lovely food in town. PS - you must try the mussels with the mediteranean sauce - delicious!!!

The staff and welcome was very good. We loved our room with a balcony and full glazed view of the bay. Our breakfast was lovely and the pool was in an idyllic spot.

It would have been nice if we could have got a snack or sandwich during the day. Also I could recommend a bit of background music at breakfast time!

We loved our stay at this delightful little gem of a hotel. Our room was very clean, comfortable and had every amenity, with a wonderful view to wake up to. Ana, the owner was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

Felt so very lucky to have found this small family owned hotel in a perfect location. Exceptional

Breakfast was superb, could not be bettered. I loved the fresh fruit and the option to add hot water to oats and then add fresh yoghurt, fruits, nuts and seeds was perfect for me, while my husband enjoyed the cooked breakfast enormously. Location was perfect, away from the busy tourist centre, with fabulous views of the bay, sunsets, house martins flying about in the morning and evening. Close enough to enjoy a stroll to the recommended restaurants for an evening meal.

Nothing, although incoming aircraft take a little getting used to at first, as the hotel is under the flight path. This would not deter us from returning as there are no night flights. The hospitality and kindness of Ana and her daughter make this such a very special 'find' in Cavtat. Would recommend to anyone

Would not hesitate to book this hotel again should we revisit Cavtat.

It is impossible to fault this hotel which is well appointed, very clean and suited our needs really well. The owners and staff are really helpful and friendly. The environment and feel of the hotel is relaxed and informal while being professionally run. They were also kind enough to look after some of our luggage on check out while we took a few days to visit Split before we return for a final night prior to returning home.

We had a slight initial concern about the steep walk up from the town when returning to the hotel during the high heat of the day - but this actually became quickly less onerous and a benefit to both our daily exercise and helped to reduce the impact of our holiday consumption!
