Breakfast was ok, nothing great.

The hotel is perfectly located for getting to the airport in a lovely area away from the hustle and bustle and cost of Dubrovnik. The hotel is by the beach and has an excellent pool area with plenty of sunbeds and there are many facilities in the hotel to pass the time of day. It is a short walk from Cavtat with its bars and restaurants. We had a garden view room which meant we didn't hear any pool noise, but we still had a view to the sea. The buffet restaurant is excellent and has a wide choice of food for breakfast and dinner.
Everything was fine

Location, views from balcony, comfy bed
Food (low quality, not enough food as once food was gone was not replaced)
Restaurant times (e.g lunch finished at 14.00pm & staff taking all away 5 min before 14.00h.), Lack of snacks between meals in snack bar for all inclusive.

The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful and we loved swimming in the sea right next to the hotel. We had a family room with balcony and sea view - the view was truly amazing. The room had a separate part with bunk beds for the kids. Lots of space and the shower was good. Very easy walk into Cavtat, and very easy to get Ubers and taxis. A short car ride from the airport. Boat to Dubrovnik from Cavtat was great. Food was generally good.
The soft drinks were not nice.

Location
Too much like an all inclusive, not personal

Ideal location for visiting Dubrovnik by boat shuttle
The reception refused to give us a room according to our reservation and payment in booking.com. After complaining we are being told that the booked room category isn't even present in the entire hotel. So, they are selling upgrade room categories (room with sea view) which do not exist.

The food was mostly well prepared, of good quality and there was good variety throughout the week. Despite the previous comments I found the beer to be light and refreshing and perfect beverage to enjoy by the pool.
Room was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Housekeeping was prompt and daily.
The view from the pool onto the sea and the hills was beautiful and relaxing.
The entertainment staff did an excellent job with both daily&evening activities for children and adults. Our 7 year old son loved it, really enjoyed the pool and learnt how to swim! The overall facilities were clean and well maintained.
While we found the hotel to be lovely and staff very pleasant, the behaviour of many guests at mealtimes was rather off putting. Several guests seemed to be happy to clear entire tray of food onto their plates without any consideraion for the queue of people waiting behind them. What made it even more difficult to witness was the subsequent wastage of food (piles of untouched food left by those same guests).

The experience was great, the surroundings were beautiful, the food was great, my son also participated in one kids club activity which he loved
I wish the pool wasn’t so freezing

Clean rooms, lovely pool and pool area, very good friendly staff.
Food was not great, meat and fish very over cooked. Bar area was lacking any atmosphere.

Location was OK.
This is not all inclusive hotel - dont book that option. Everything is overcrowded, its not worth that money even close.

Great location right on Zal beach. We were a family of 5, all inclusive, and we were all always happy at each meal. Food was varied and of a high standard. Drinks were freely available. Advertised as a 4 start hotel and that is exactly what it is. Yes it was busy in August but where isn't but we never had to wait for a table at meal times and we always got sunbeds at the pool.
nothing

Fabulous 4-star hotel on the water. 3 pools (1 indoor and 2 outdoor) and a stones-throw from the beach. Beach is a bit rocky and quite small (not run by the hotel) but absolutely stunning views. Couple of great bars with seating to enjoy the sunsets right out the back gate of the resort. Many reviews didn’t care for the food at this hotel, but frankly, I thought it was amazing. There were so many choices that you could literally try something different 3x a day 7x a week. Very large open dining area for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The folks who clean up after us messy tourists are amazing…I tipped as many as I could and got surprised looks from all of them…selfless, thankless work and they do a great job! Iva at reception was my go-to person during my 4-day visit…fabulous personality, so much fun to talk with and extremely helpful (5-star employee!) Mato at the bar was amazing as well…loved to sit and chat with him while he kept my glass full of white wine. Overall, resort was clean, had a phenomenal staff, great food and great views of the sea from my balcony! Highly recommend!!

Great location, so close to the airport, walking distance to bars, restaurants, beach and sightseeing along the beautiful coastline. Boat taxis which go to Dubrovnik and plenty of activities for all ages. Spacious and staff are friendly. We were bed and breakfast which was always in good supply. Seemed to have variety for most dietary requirements.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Would have been good to have staff near pool area on hand to help clear peoples left over drinks etc and when the wind was bad a couple of parasols blew over the pool which was very dangerous.

Location is wonderful. Pool is well cared for and wonderful for swimming. Beach is beautiful. Rooms were comfortable had what you needed. Front desk staff, young man (reddish hair, didn’t catch his name) who helped us and dinner staff member Miloje were helpful and professional. Espresso machine was excellent as was the water from the dispenser.
The prepared food was just about the worst I have experienced for an all inclusive. One day stay was sufficient, sadly. Fountain drinks at restaurant were not tasty and all sugar. Much of the staff seemed like miserable zombies working the grills or cleaning the tables inside. I really wanted to enjoy this hotel. Music at the pool was too loud and boring. Just shut it off. Ice is not available in the dining room. No irons in the room.

We stayed there for 3 to 4 days, and the overall experience was wonderful. We had opted for the all-inclusive package, which covered food and drinks. I must say, there was plenty of high-quality food available during all three meals. In addition, there was a snack bar next to the pool offering a wide variety of snacks. The beer was a good choice, though the other drinks didn’t quite match the same standard.
The swimming pool was large and very clean—our kids had a great time there. Outside the hotel premises, there were several options for water sports and local dining. The location was excellent, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets right from the balcony of our room.
Require better options in the drink.

The hotel staff was very helpful and evening live music was very pleasant and nice.. Kids friendly and goof value for money.. The receptionist was very friendly, understanding and helpful.. Her name was Ava.. She was the best..
Less variety in food for each day..

Food is a excellent and we have a lot of choice.
Walls in rooms and halls are dirty that think falls in eyesight.

Room was spotless, breakfast & dinner food choice was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Lack of sunbeds around the pool. But the most irritating thing was allowing guests to reserve the sunbeds with their towels. First thing in the morning whilst they were still having breakfast. The hotel needs to control this as we could not use the hotel pool facilities during our stay.

Possibly the best view in Cavtat. Pools were great for adults and children alike. Brilliant access to the beach and to boat connections to Dubrovnik.
Cleanliness was good, but not great. The food was mixed - some very odd options and not always child friendly.

Facilities and location were great.
Food not the greatest but ok. Better than the royal palm in lapad which is a five star. I suggest that if you are not on a budget avoid half board and eat else where.
Very kind staff at the reception.
We were three and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Parties of three avoid.
Shower drain clogged. Flooded the bathroom every time we showered. I guess it does not happen in every room but at 300d a night i expect it not to happen.

The reception staff were fantastic especially Jana. The lunch and evening meal selection were pretty good and varied. Liked the fact they had a pillow menu. Easy walk into the center. There is a boat dock right outside that takes you to to Dubrovnik old town
1 replacement pillow we asked for from the pillow menu had blood on it whilst another was dirty and there were no management team available to discuss the issue (Jana on reception could only do so much to help).
Too many children running and screaming around the corridors late at night.
No coffee available (tea only) in the rooms and you can't get any in the hotel for the room. The coffee that was available in the morning was awful, there were also long queues for the machines.
Breakfast was poor and there was not enough selection of different items.
Quite a few of the deck loungers were broken and unuseable

Booked for one night b&b as late arrival. Close to Dubrovnik Airport and easy to find. Parking available. Fantastic welcome with late check in option.
Room lovely and big balcony looking over to the sea.Fruit basket in room on arrival and bottled water.
Breakfast brilliant so much choice and allergens clearly labled making it so much more enjoyable.
Got pool to myself fist thing and would recommend it it others. Location spot on.
Nothing - not our type of holiday to stay in accommodation like this for a whole trip and being out of season it was very reasonable price. Would definitely return and has changed my mind about this type of accommodation. I would definitely recommend it to family who enjoy the hotel all-inclusive style holiday.

Would ahve been better to get into room prior to 3 pm

The hotel doesn't have a spa, the pool was cold and dirty, as well as in a really bad shape and dangerous for injury, could't be used. The playground was closed, no kids activities. The food was versitile but barely edible, raw chicken for example. The staff is not helpfull at all. I belive the hotel was wonderful in the 80's, but now, for the price, it is just absurd. We had see view room, and there wasn't sea in sight, just the fire staircase who anyone could use to get to our balcony. Very disappointed and frustrated with the whole hotel, I have nothing nice to say.

Great location - on the beach and several restaurants, a harbour offering boat trips and a bus stop all within a 15-20 minute walk
The only toiletries in the shower room was soap - never been to a 4* hotel before without having toiletries, bottled water or milk for a cup of tea

The stay was lovely, good parking, friendly staff and good facilities. The rooms were lovely, very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with a lovely view over the pool area and the bay, looking towards Dubrovnik. The beds and pillows were very comfortable also. We found the rooms quite spacious as well.
The breakfast was okay, decent range but a lot of the food was quite cold. We didn’t particularly enjoy the coffee from the machine either. Also, the outdoor swimming pools could have had some heating, they were quite cold so nobody was swimming in them.

Unfortunately we are vegetarian therefore we didn’t take advantage of the breakfast as that would most difficult for us. However we were lucky to be offered lunch instead on our last day which was absolutely lovely. We liked the staff in the restaurant. They were so helpful and pleasant. Big shout out for Antune on reception. Very good English and very helpful during our stay
Breakfast . If you could offer milk alternative for pancakes and maybe vegitarian sausage on request that would be helpful to us next time

Really great location next to the beach looking west so great sunsets, lovely grounds, nice pools, loads of free parking, short walk to small town centre, 10 mins from airport. Good choices at breakfast. Helpful staff, decent bar prices, room nice if a little bit small. Wasn’t full as beginning of season, lots of families. Dubrovnik about 30 mins by bus (€4) every 30 min or 40 mins by boat (€15) - boat probably higher in peak season.
We were on half board and it was a good price. Most people seemed to be on All Inclusive. Breakfast was very good but dinner was a little bit disappointing, and I stress a little. There was three choices of meat for main courses plus a couple of fish and pasta but they were obviously a bit mass production, with veggies rather like school dinners and some dishes very greasy. There was a good salad selection and cold meats and cheese. Only there for two days and my wife who is a bit fussy and diabetic struggled. A week there probably would have seen us eat out three or four times. Towels were rather worn out. It wasn’t very busy - might be a bit different if full in terms of access to sun loungers and food and bar.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff were very good, and we had a very relaxing time. The hotel setting was the stuff of a movie, terrific sea-views with mountains in the background.
The journey from the hotel to the old town centre was a bit long for us. Perhaps the hotel should look into the possibility of offering transport to overcome this. Electric powered tuc-tuc or rickshaw would be great.

Everything was great, just a bit noisy.

It’s clean & spacious. The staff are AMAZING!! I arrived with flu & there was no pharmacy open and the Receptionist named Lucija gave me her own personal Paracetamol that saved me from headache and pain. She even went to her locker to give me medicine. Please extend my thank you to Lucija for going above and beyond for a great customer service! Also the chef Klim at the restaurant was always helpful & kind, the event’s entertainers ROMAN, Lisa & Alexandra made our holiday even more fun with the activities everyday and the girls made evening super fun!! I’ve asked them to wear dress with me and we did!! The staff I mentioned are real asset to your company - please give them credit they deserved thank you made our family so so happy! Also CAKES are great!!
Apart from the cakes that are delicious, some of The food is not so good. Vegetables are overcooked. The food really needs improving.
