We stayed here for one night. Lovely hotel, very clean. We had a room next to reception which I found a little noisy when guests were arriving back at the hotel. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault but inconsiderate people not keeping their voices down late at night. We had a nice view from the balcony. You had a great choice at breakfast too. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night prior to early international flight. Hotel is stylish, very clean and comfortable, in a good location close to waterfront and restaurants. Easy 5 minute walk into the old town and marina area. Reception staff were efficient, but not so welcoming, and failed to advise us that the main lifts do not stop exactly at the same level as rooms. For level 2, we had to carry luggage down about 10 stairs to our room 211. Later we discovered a third lift that stopped at the right level ( labelled B2). Would have been easy to tell us! No bottled water provided in our room, but beds are super comfortable and lovely shower. Overall a nice place to stay.

Did I get their worst room because I got a preferential rate via Agoda? Room was tiny, no balcony, not a place to be in a nice location and climate. Staff were unsympathetic. Never again.
