Villa Royal Was close to the town and the beach. Rooms had all required essentials and air-conditioner. Staff was very polite, accommodating and hospitable. Breakfast was included in the rate and they had GF options. The area was quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of 4 nights at the Villa Royal. It provided all we needed, and is a short walk from Cavtat's town centre, beaches, harbour and restaurants. The owner Mirko and his staff were exceptionally kind and attentive.

Very close to downtown - 5 min walking distance to restaurants and harbor, 5 km away from airport Dubrovnik - Cilipi, 16 km to Old Town Dubrovnik. Friendly staff, free breakfast, parking and WI-FI, clean rooms with air conditioning, balconies with beautiful view. Host is very nice and available 24 hour/day.

Our host gave us an extraordinary warm welcome and was very kind. He explained us the surroundings and also gave us tips for restaurants. An extra airport transfer was the last piece of an excellent experience in Villa Royal. The host really strives to give his guests a very good stay and pays attention to details, so we felt really welcome and enjoyed our stay. Thanks a lot, I can fully recommend Villa Royal.

Very good value for money. Breakfast options were limited, but quality of food was good. Good location, walk to town centre and selection of good beaches, restaurants and a nice playground for the kids. Fridge, hobs, kettle and iron in the room.

Limited breakfast options. Location is up a hill from town but that's to be expected. Much closer than other accomodation in the same price bracket. No view.

Cavtat B&B

Location was ideal with a slight climb back up the road after a day at the harbour and beach to burn off some calories.

Sound proofing between rooms was not great. Breakfast was fine but difficult to access due to layout.
