Do not miss this diamond! Gorgeous place and great price

I cannot recommend this apartment enough! It is GORGEOUS. Love the style. So clean and so modern. The property was beautiful with a courtyard, pool, and beautiful seating area. The view from the porch was spectacular looking over the Adriatic. The owner was so much help. Literally minutes away from the airport.

It was great- the driveway is a bit steep but that's the price you pay for the amazing view!

Fabulous host, lovely stay, would go back

A really relaxed, informal setup with a very attentive and accommodating host. There’s an amazing and tasty dinner available, cooked in their authentic outbuilding. Breakfast was awesome and it was so nice to have a coffee and drinks in the lovely garden. Lovely view of the sea and sunset from our balcony. Clean & comfortable. Cavtat is a lovely town with nice waterside and restaurants (close to airport so do get planes(.

It was about a 15/20 minute walk to Cavtat, uphill on the way back. Fine but couldn’t give top marks for location only because of this. Otherwise fabulous.

Fantastic trip, beautiful amenities, exceptional hosts!

What can I say, Maro and Nicole are fantastic hosts. We absolutely loved staying with them. So much so we nearly extended our trip! Staying here was an absolute dream and we intend to visit again! If you stay here you can expect a chill atmosphere and great locally sourced food and wine in the Konoba (restaurant) morning and evening. If you like fish/seafood, definitely get the platter and if you prefer meat, the veal under the bell is the best we ever tasted. The pool is spotless & the loungers are extremely comfortable. Maro's Dad often dropped off fresh Figs from the tree for us. It's a short 15minute walk into the town, where there are some nice stony beaches, though we would recommend a good pair of trainers for this as there are some hills to negotiate. The village is lovely and you can get a boat into Dubrovnik to see it for the day. Maro's recommendations for things to do and places to see are exceptional and if you stay here you should definitely ask! Overall this is a fabulous property, complimented by brilliant hosts, a beautiful restaurant and pool, giving it really more of a boutique hotel vibe.

Most enjoyable stay in all of my 30 years of traveling (and living in) Europe.

All of it! Not billed as “an experience”, it can certainly be one, if you choose. Maro and his family offer locally sourced- from their property, when available- home cooked, Croatian food in the (I hope I got it right) the traditional style of the konoba. It seems like much more than that, though. Great food and drinks, amazing garden and pool, and the apartment was the best lodging I’ve stayed in while in Europe- large, clean rooms with the most comfortable bed. The best part, though, was the company and learning about Croatian life!

I wish I had known about this place before I had booked other lodging in Dubrovnik.

Perfect for a brief visit to this area of Dalmatia

Perfect, location way up the hill but taxi by host and in village so easy, 10€ each way. Amazing views and our apartment had front and rear balcony so one always in the shade.

Modern yet charming with so old character, garden lovely and the pool although no huge adequate as not many places are blessed with one.

A lovely place to stay with a fabulous view of the sea, a lovely garden and genuinely friendly and helpful treatment from the owners. We can also highly recommend their breakfast and dinner including red wine. Fantastic!

Perfect!

- Everything! - rooms are big and beds are comfortable, they have everything you need for your stay. - if you prefer relaxing: the garden, relax area & pool are super comfy! + there is a little house made of stone from 1936 in the garden with lots of homemade tasty liquor :) - for a little bit of adventure: There is a beautiful „hiking“ area along the coast (4mins drive away) where you can swim (clear blue water) and watch the sunset too (it‘s a must!!!) - the hosts are super friendly, we thank them a lot for their hospitality!

The only negative thing was staying there for only one night!

There were absolutely no flaws! A wonderful place with a beautiful pool, an amazing view of the Adriatic, and incredibly kind hosts. It was peaceful and quiet, and the food was delicious. We truly recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful stay in an incredible place with fabulous hosts

We were bowled over by how friendly, informative and helpful our hosts - Maro and Nicole - were. They taught us so much about Croatian history, food/wine and culture. The Croatian feast hosted in the Kanoba in the garden of the apartments is an experience not to be missed. We felt it added a huge extra dimension to our short trip. We also had the pleasure of our hosts arranging a day out for us, at short notice, which included a drive to an incredible viewpoint, a visit to a beautiful old monastery and a wine tasting with lunch at a fabulous local winery. It was really wonderful. The apartment was spacious, comfortable (including the sofa bed), had an amazing view. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Breakfast was fabulous too and excellent value. The hosts could not to enough to make our stay enjoyable.

The apartments were very clean and modern, the pool is a good and feels nice and secluded. The restaurant is delicious serving local food and drinks. Maro is an excellent host and will make sure all your needs are catered for. Wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere else.

A lovely and warm welcome in Cavtat.

I liked everything, it is a lovely family run hotel. Lovely space, both inside and out. The room we stayed in was very big, massive modern bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Very nice kitchen if you wanted to use it. We only stayed one night so we did not use the kitchen, but it has a microwave, oven, hob and fridge. There is a nice little swimming pool in the Hotel. The owners cooked a fantastic meal for us at night. Very charming and lovely owners. The town, Cavtat is lovely and a very nice place to explore. You are out of the crowds of Dubrovnik but close enough to go into Dubrovnik for the day.

Nice, clean and spacious apartment. The view from the balcony was probably the best of all trips we’ve had! Maro & others are really nice and always willing to help! Pool is small but nice.

The market is maybe 5 min walk away, but after the short storm the card payments and ATM didn’t work so the next market was +1 km away at the village with steep uphill when coming back. So spare some cash!

Amazing stay that exceeded our expectations.

The apartment is beautiful and done to a really high standard with the pool, outhouse and garden area as an added bonus. There is a nearby supermarket but do take Maro up on the offer if he offers to cook- best meal we have had in Croatia. On top of this, Maro and his family are a delight and did everything they could to make our stay amazing. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Maro! We would definitely come back.

The only minor downside is the location which is around 15 minute walk from Cavtat town via a steep hill. It is perfectly manageable on foot for majority but perhaps not suitable for elderly or very young children.
