Hotel staff was very helpul and friendly. In the room the bed was OK, along with the rest of the facilities. The breakfast had the same menu everyday but variated covering fruit, vegetables, and some meat, eggs, etc. You can ask for milk if you want that in your breakfast tea or coffee.
Room was pretty dark, the Air Conditioning was barely working but not a big issue since nights at Prizren at this time of the year were cold enough to leave the window open (if you don't mind the prayers call at 4am. The shower water was flipping between cold and hot all the time for some reason.

The room is huuuuuge, same as the bathroom, nice surprise. It was clean and confortable. Special mention to the guy who speaks english at the reception, really kind and so proud of its country that you learn a lot from him (sorry forgot the name). The location is not that bad, 10 mn away from the center.
However, the breakfast was average.
A good place to stay in this beautiful city of Prizren.

the staff are untrained, rood / very poor breakfast / the facility did not accept credit card . they like cash . they added 5 percent to our pill as credit card commission as they says . the manager is unwelcome gust and need to be trained as well .
