the staff are untrained, rood / very poor breakfast / the facility did not accept credit card . they like cash . they added 5 percent to our pill as credit card commission as they says . the manager is unwelcome gust and need to be trained as well .

A good venue, close to the city center and the ITP facilities.

Hotel staff was very helpul and friendly. In the room the bed was OK, along with the rest of the facilities. The breakfast had the same menu everyday but variated covering fruit, vegetables, and some meat, eggs, etc. You can ask for milk if you want that in your breakfast tea or coffee.

Room was pretty dark, the Air Conditioning was barely working but not a big issue since nights at Prizren at this time of the year were cold enough to leave the window open (if you don't mind the prayers call at 4am. The shower water was flipping between cold and hot all the time for some reason.

Superb

The room is huuuuuge, same as the bathroom, nice surprise. It was clean and confortable. Special mention to the guy who speaks english at the reception, really kind and so proud of its country that you learn a lot from him (sorry forgot the name). The location is not that bad, 10 mn away from the center. However, the breakfast was average. A good place to stay in this beautiful city of Prizren.

the bad choice.

very unwelcoming reception. No trust policy practiced by the staff. the staff charged me 6Euros more than the booking price as I payed by my Visa card. the refrigerator was not working. old carpet and furniture and bad WIFI signal.

Perfect!

The absolute best about this hotel are its employees Bleon and Mirlind! From the moment I arrived they made me feel welcome, helped me with everything and were ever smiling and up for a chat. Breakfast was good, the bed was perfect (maybe a bit hard for some), the location was fine.

There is nothing to mention here. I thank the guys for making my stay in Prizren complete.

Lovely hotel in Prizren

The staff wre incredinly helpful and friendly. Nice warm welcome, and they did their best to do everything we needed. Nice location, close to my conference at ITP but also an easy walk to and from the restaurants etc. in the centre of town. Excellent continental breakfast buffet included.

A few things didn't work as well as hoped. Maybe the hotel needs a bit of renovation work, or some training for some of the staff. Maybe they'd just set up a new system or something. Several of our group encountered problems with door locks, AC and electrics. Mostly fixed in the end, but it could have gone better.

New, quiet hotel with private parking.

Location was good, walking distance from the centre. Private parking was great since parking in Prizren is chaotic. Room was quiet.

The shower does not have any curtain or other way of not getting the water everywhere when you shower. And no spatula to dry the floor afterwards.

Breakfast could be better,I've been at this hotel before pandemic and the breakfast was the thing that impressed me.now they changed the way the breakfast is served.otherwise is a very good hotel
