There is no refrigerator, iron or kettle in the room. The floor in the shower area was slippery, the shampoo and the shower gel brought from the local I don’t know if it’s Allin with the 4 stars hotel stranded . The reception was like a government agency that treats you without any warmth, welcome or smile

The lcocation is in the hart of the old city. Near varity of restaurants and coffee shops. There is a free parking for cars. The staff were friendly.

Best location in old town right on the riverfront. Nice staff, clean modern hotel. Good breakfast but no evening meals provided however many restaurants and bars within 100-200 metres parking available. Elevator if needed Car parking

Great value, awesome staff and hotel all around.

Great staff from check-in to check-out everyone was cordial, respectful and welcoming. The breakfast was great, the room was clean, comfortable and the parking is easy to get to. The area is perfect and price was fair. We enjoyed our short stay but we'll definitely come back here next time.

Great location, newer facilities.

Great location, just steps away from the old stone bridge, and most of the town within 5-10 minute walk (including bus station). Most of the rooms are set back from the street front, so you won't get that much noise. Relatively new, and breakfast was decent too. Would stay again.

Great location. Pristine room with white sheets and a simple layout. Staff is very very warm and kind. Also, the room stays quiet even while located near fun nightlife spots.

We first received a room with some old cigarette odor. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they quickly switched our room. This made for a perfect stay.

Very good new Hotel in center of Prizren

Very nice new hotel, tasteful and modern. Central location of Prizren, walking distance from main attractions. The room was spacious, and the comfortable king size bed were more than expected. Room was clean and nothing more we could ask for. Free parking was just underneath, good internet connection. Really helpful and friendly staff. Definitively will return again. Hotel i ri, shumë i mirë në qendër të Prizrenit. Dhoma të mëdha, shtretër të rehatshëm. Parkingu dhe mëngjesi i përfshirë. Stafi miqësor.

Brand new hotel ,big rooms with modern design and very clean .Location is in historic center of Prizern but also in quite place .Above all the staf is execellent .Premium price for value what i recieved.Breakfast was tasty . I am coming back with wonderfull impressions .Thank you Hotel Triumf . A place to sugest if you visit Prizren or Gjakova , most beautiful cities in Kosovo.
