Perfect location, short sweet stay.

Comfortable and clean bedrooms. Staff very helpful, let us leave our luggage as our bus the next day was later in the evening. Did get a bit nosy at night as the hotel is in a prime location.

We booked breakfast but when we got there they said they couldn’t provide it because there had been a death in the family so we were a bit stuck.

Not great, Poor value for money

The location is on the main street in Prizren, but this also means it is very noisy if you have a room facing the street. The breakfast was in a cafe down the street and was good except everyone was smoking inside, so we had to sit outside in the cold.

The room reminds me of a 1980's hotel room - everything made in fake wood. The curtains were not actually wide enough to even cover the windows and were made of thin brown material, so didn't block too much light either. So with the noise and light, sleep was not great!

Comfortable stay - great staff

My room was clean and comfortable, and thanks to the fact that it was at the back side of the building, I wasn't bothered by the noise coming from the busy street in front of the hotel (I think that the view is better at the front side though). The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, there's a fridge with chilled water that guests can take from for free, and my rate included a hearty breakfast omelette at a nearby café.

A cozy and aesthetic stay with warm, welcoming hosts in Kosovo’s 2nd largest city.

The staff were super hospitable and accommodating helping me with my bags and making sure I was comfortable. The location was excellent near too many restaurants and scenic views of Prizren, Kosovo. I also had private parking offered by the hotel and free breakfast which was at the nearby local restaurant. The balcony and fast working heater made things even more comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

A fantastic place to stay in the heart of Prizren, would highly recommend

We could not recommend this hotel more, the owner Berat was so accommodating, even upgraded us to a better room. Location was the best, with everywhere of interest walkable distance. Great breakfast, secure parking, balcony views, comfortable room looking out over the town. A fantastic stay.

Great location good value and very clean

The location was fantastic close to everything you would want to see and do. It’s close to the restaurant district without being to noisy. Room was as stated in Booking com every thing was new, the air conditioning worked very well. Staff were very helpful and communicated well in English. Bed was extremely comfortable. And there is a very good coffee/ restaurant a couple of doors down for a delicious cheap breakfast, good coffee and fantastic lemon tea.

Güleryüzlü, samimi ve kaliteli bir konaklama

Tesisin konumu muhteşemdi, bir kaç adımla şehir meydanına varabiliyorsunuz. Çalışanları çok nazik, saygılı ve yardımseverdiler. Bir müşteri gibi değil Türkiye’den gelen bir misafir gibi ağırlandık. Park yeri mevcuttu ve son olarak kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Berat Bey’e ve Adnan Bey’e yardımlarından ve misafirperverliklerinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz.

Merkeze yakın olması. Odaların temiz olması. ücretsiz 500ml su kişi başı sınırsız. Omlet içeren kahvaltısı varmış. Sahibi Türkçe biliyor.

Cadde dibi olduğu için gece çok gürültülüydü. Yatağa oturduğun zaman diğer tarafı kalkıyordu. Sıcak su musluğu iki yana çevirmemize ve beklememize rağmen gelmedi.

La amabilidad del staff. El dueño del hotel es un muy buen tipo. Tiene parking cerca y el desayuno es en un restaurante al lado del hotel. O

Solamente dos puntos por mejorar: Las cortinas en la habitación no bloquean del todo la luz. El olor del baño es un poco industrial.

Heerlijk verblijf in een ruime, schone kamer met top locatie en vriendelijke service

Wat hebben wij heerlijk geslapen in hele schone bedden en kamers! Achteraf kwamen we erachter dat we de kingsize kamers hadden gekregen maar volgens mij zijn alle kamers ruim opgezet. Een mooi schoon hotel midden in het centrum. Wij hadden een kamer met hoge ramen en uitzicht op het stadskanaal – prachtig. Alles was ruim, het bed lag fantastisch en de douche was heerlijk. Er is een privéparkeerplek die alleen bereikbaar is met de eigenaar, zeer veilig op een prive terrein. De mensen waren ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. De locatie is echt top: midden in de stad, alles op loopafstand!

Het enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit wordt gegeven bij een restaurant twee gebouwen verderop. Helaas hebben we het grotendeels laten staan en zijn we snel vertrokken. De bediening, een jonge ober was niet vriendelijk, dacht niet mee en wat we kregen was simpelweg niet lekker. Mijn tip aan het hotel: overweeg een andere plek voor het ontbijt, want deze samenwerking doet echt afbreuk aan het fijne imago van jullie hotel.

Tesis çok güzel tertemiz ve yükek ilgili iki kardeş tarafından işletiliyor. Bence bulabileceğiniz en temiz yer direk. Ayrıca kahvaltı çok güzel. Otel tüm gitmek isteyeceğiniz yerlere en fazla 3 dakika mesafede.

Beğenmediğimiz en ufak şey yok. Ksine çok teşekkür ederek ayrıldık. Belgrad da kötü otel sonrası çok iyi geldi.

Un bon séjour à Prizren

L’emplacement est vraiment un plus, avec le parking qui est à proximité. L’hôtel est à 5mn du centre. L’accueil de M. Berat est parfait, toujours prêt à aider. Les doubles vitrages efficaces car la rue est très passante. Avoir la possibilité d’avoir des bouteilles d’eau fraîche à disposition. .

L’éclairage de la chambre et de la salle de bain est un peu faible. L’hôtel ne dispose pas d’asenceur et cela peut poser problème pour les personnes à mobilité réduite pour nous ce ne fut pas un souci et être au second étage offrait une belle vue sur la rivière. Pas de vraie table et de chaise dans la chambre.
