Excellent place for a stay in Prizren

A deeply disappointing stay with poor hygiene, missing essentials, and zero attention to guest comfo

I liked the hospitality of the receptionist and his wish to make my stay as best as possible.

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned or prepared for guests. There were no toiletries, no toilet paper, and no warm water available. The air conditioning was not working, making the room extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, I was shocked to find dirty clothes left in the wardrobe, which clearly shows a lack of proper housekeeping. These are basic standards that any hotel should meet, and sadly, this property failed on all fronts. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made in terms of hygiene, maintenance, and guest care.

I had an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend the hotel

The staff were very helpful and accommodating and brought a table and chair into the room for me. They arranged my breakfast for me when I returned from church. Both the morning and evening staff were friendly and went out of their way to help and were committed to helping the hotel to get a good reputation.

My room was a little small but it wasn't a big issue. Mind you it was even smaller when they brought me a table and chair!

Comfortable, safe stay in Prizren

Our stay in Hotel Denis was comfortable and safe. All the staff behaved kindly and friendly. The reception staff Nefia spoke very good English and was always willing to help us with any issues. The hotel is near the busstation and it is only a few mintues walk to the old town.

Bed bugs made our stay short

Our experience at this hotel was a major letdown, starting from the front desk. The staff wasn't exactly warm and welcoming - in fact, they seemed pretty unfriendly. We were asked for ID then to pay before they'd even show us where the car park was, which was a bit odd, especially since my friend was still parked on the road. Had to tell the guy no, that my friend was parked in the road and we needed to find the car park then he obliged. And if that wasn't enough, the room was sweltering despite the AC being on. They sent someone to check it out, but it didn't seem like it was working properly. But the cherry on top was spotting not one, but multiple bed bugs crawling around. I mean, I've had some bad experiences in my time, but this was on another level. We tried to be accommodating by checking out the new room they offered; but we just couldn’t trust and have that peace of mind so we left around 10 pm. The apology from the hotel was appreciated, but honestly, it felt like too little, too late. With 7 hours of travel already under our belts, we just wanted a comfortable place to rest, not a series of issues that made our stay feel like a nightmare.

Good price, good location and fine for a few nights

Just a few minutes walk from the bus station and a short walk to old city Room was bright and modern. I was upgraded from single room to double. Staff helpful and breakfast was ok

I could smell some cigarette smoke on my floor even though I don’t think other guests were staying there The ac unit was broken. Also the curtains never quite properly closed to keep out lights

Quiet hotel only a five-minute walk from bus station and 15 minutes to city centre.

The room was very bright with a southern exposure of mountains. Breakfast was good and filling. Room was very quiet at night. Hotel has an elevator and bathroom had a closed shower. I arrived a couple hours early and was able to check in.

I had a double room that seemed smaller than the photos. I had a look at the rooms with a balcony and they were much more spacious.

Cheap hotel close to the bus station.

Great location to the bus station - less than 5 mins walk away. Not too far to walk to the old town. Helpful staff.

You get want you pay for - 35e (single room). The curtains didn't cover the fullness of the window. Dated interior. A little noisy as the room overlooked a road and Kosovans like to use their car horns at any opportunity. There was a smell of smoke in the hotel which managed to find its well throughout the hotel.

Cok güzel türkce konusuyor ve misafirlerle -kendi sorumlulugu disinda da- ilgileniyor. Acilmayinca odami degistirdi. Sehir hakkinda ayrintili bilgi veriyor, nerede ne yenir, nasil gidilir.. her konuda yardimci. Kendisine cok tesekkur ederim.

Kahvaltisi zayif. Oda genis fakat calisma masasi yok.

al lado de la estación de autobuses, lo que es perfecto si viajas en transporte público, habitación, amplia y cómoda, con nevera, y dos botella de agua que siempre son de agradecer. situado a 10 minutos del centro caminando. el desayuno está bien, pero deberían de incluir algo más, se queda un poco escaso.

el desayuno incluía el café, pero debería incluir algo más de bebida, como zumo o agua. la tapa del wc era pequeña y no encajaba bien con el resto del sanitario

Excelente Hotel y Excelente trato.

Hotel muy correcto, habitaciones amplias, y bien equipadas, desayuno muy correcto. El personal no puede ser mejor, nos atendo Patrick que estuvo pendiente de nosotros, nos facilito información de la ciudad y del resto de nuestros viajes, en un perfecto Español, la ubicación a un paso de la estación de autobuses.

Karşılama yapan genç bir arkadaş vardı, çok ilgiliydi. Otopark sorunu yok markete eczaneye çok yakın. Şehir merkezinde park sorunu olduğu için aracınız varsa otoparkta bırakıp yürümeyi tercih edebilirsiniz. Kahvaltısı güzel ve gayet yeterli. Personeller çok ilgiliydi. Bizlere çay ikram ettiler, teşekkürler :) Aile ile gelinebilecek bir yer.

Bizimle ilgilenen çalışanlar güler yüzlü, Türkçe bilen tatlı insanlardı. Odamız temizdi ve genişti. 3 kişi 60 euro ödedik ve kahvaltı da dahildi. Çok iyi bir kahvaltı olmasa da fena olmadı. Otoparkı da arkada var sanırım ama biz hemen önüne koyduk rahatça. O da güzeldi. Check outtan sonra 1 saat daha istedim otopark için, istediğin kadar dursun dediler. Tekrar teşekkürler 🙏🏻

Yataklar çok rahat değildi. Bize çarşaf gibi bir şey konmuştu, o temizdi ama gardıroba bakıp bir yorgan buldum ve yorgan gerçekten çok kirliydi. Direkt oraya tıkıştırılmış. Gece havanın 10 derece olduğu bir yerde temiz yorgan bırakmaları gerekirdi. Konumu şadırvan meydanına biraz uzak, 16 dakika yürüme mesafesi gibi bir şey. Yani yürümeyi sevdiğimden bana sorun olmadı ama yakın da değildi. Kahvaltı hem miktar hem çeşit olarak çok küçüktü. Doyurmadı. Ama en nihayetinde 3 kişi 60 euro verip hem kahvaltı yapıyoruz hem temiz bir odada kalıyoruz. (Genel olarak temizdi) Bence değer.

Hyvä sijainti lähellä bussiasemaa ja ostoskeskusta. Lyhyehkö kävelymatka keskustaan. Parveke ja jääkaappi oli plussaa.

Funcionários muito prestáveis e hotel bonito e cómodo. A localização é excelente, a 10min do centro. O pequeno almoço é individual, feito na hora e bastante bom!
