The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable, but the spa was definitely the highlight. A special mention to the staff, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. They made us feel genuinely cared for and went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable.
Everything was excellent from start to finish. I would definitely come back.

Really great hotel with great service. A true 5-star stay in Prizren. The hotel is very modern. Our room was also modern and very big! The hotel staff was all incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were both really good. The area around the hotel is walkable and safe. I was alone with my two young daughters, and we walked everywhere - from the mall next door to the old town about 20 minutes away.

Nothing.
The room was dirty and not cleaned. The bathroom had hair in the sink everywhere. The air conditioner makes a loud noise every time it works. The restaurant was very dirty. The plates served had fingerprints all over them. The SPA was very dirty. The water in the jacuzzi and the pool was cloudy — extremely dirty.
