It was well located and the staff was friendly. Spa was very big and clean.
Breakfast place smelt like cigarette smoke, coming from adjacent area. There was a sewage smell in the bathroom after the shower was used.

I liked the SPA, the bed was very comfortable, cleanliness. The breakfast was also good. So, very valued for the money. I paid 70EUR for two people, with spa and breakfast included, which was great. I liked also the lobby, corners, restaurant design, sofas, the smell etc., so the infrastructure of the hotel was behind my expetetacions, very luxury.
First, TV was not working. I called the reception they came to look it, after ten minutes she said it can't be fixed. Imagine how boring it was all the quite hours in the room like a dead person.
Second, there was not a balkony, and there were some obstacles behind the glass I couldn't even remove them so trying to look outside was impossible.
The room was also very small, you could't even move two steps.
Third, the hotel didn't have the soundproof system. A lot of noises came from outside from cars I couldn't even sleep without puting my ear protections. Also you could hear from inside the foodsteps of people walking to their rooms.

We have had an excellent time at the Premium Park Hotel. The facilities are superb, with clean and well maintained pool area, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The rooms are really spacious, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms
Breakfast is served in continental buffet style with nice selection of food
All staff are very friendly and super helpful
The hotel is within walking distance to the old town & offers on site free parking

Nothing.
The room was dirty and not cleaned. The bathroom had hair in the sink everywhere. The air conditioner makes a loud noise every time it works. The restaurant was very dirty. The plates served had fingerprints all over them. The SPA was very dirty. The water in the jacuzzi and the pool was cloudy — extremely dirty.
