The very close proximity to the old town. The breakfast was also exceptional and the staff. With this hotel you really experience the Kosovan traditional style and food. The staff went out of their way to make your stay really memorable. The owner also arranged transport to the fortress as it was raining and the taxis would not take anybody up there.
It would have been good to have a table and chair in the room but it is only a minor point as there were tables and chairs downstairs,

Our beautifully furnished room and Hani I Vjeter restaurant had the look and feel of an Albanian-Ottoman folklore museum, located on a pedestrian-only street near the Sinan Pasha Mosque and the Old Stone Bridge. Old Town buildings and a dramatic mountain peak could be seen from our windows and balcony. We had a very comfortable stay and appreciated the full breakfast with mouth-watering bread.
A group in the adjacent dining area was enjoying themselves very loudly well past the restaurant's closing time but all was calm by midnight.

The breakfast was excellent. The decor in the restaurant and the room was great. We had two excellent meals in the restaurant. The location is excellent, right in the middle of Prizren. The staff organised reduced rate parking for us very close to the restaurant/hotel. Very good Kosovan wine is available in the restaurant. The room is large and has a big balcony.
The bathroom is a little small - and the rain head on the shower wasn't usable.
We would have liked our room cleaned and the bed made up each morning.
A couple of chairs in the room would be nice.

The staff were amazing. Anything we asked for was always accommodated and their English and sense of humour added to the joy of the stay. The room was beautiful, though a little small. Lots of quaint decorations made the room feel very special. Breakfast was superb. Traditional donuts, omelet and cheeses and vegetables. More than enough to start off the day. We were a minute walk from the old stone bridge, restaurants and cafes. We also had an excellent dinner at the hotel, an experience I would recommend.
The stairs tested out the old knees. If you have a choice I think room number one is the better room but both were lovely.
