We're glad we chose this boutique inn filled with character.

Our beautifully furnished room and Hani I Vjeter restaurant had the look and feel of an Albanian-Ottoman folklore museum, located on a pedestrian-only street near the Sinan Pasha Mosque and the Old Stone Bridge. Old Town buildings and a dramatic mountain peak could be seen from our windows and balcony. We had a very comfortable stay and appreciated the full breakfast with mouth-watering bread.

A group in the adjacent dining area was enjoying themselves very loudly well past the restaurant's closing time but all was calm by midnight.

Great base for a short visit to Kosovo - both Pristina and Peja are within easy reach by car.

The breakfast was excellent. The decor in the restaurant and the room was great. We had two excellent meals in the restaurant. The location is excellent, right in the middle of Prizren. The staff organised reduced rate parking for us very close to the restaurant/hotel. Very good Kosovan wine is available in the restaurant. The room is large and has a big balcony.

The bathroom is a little small - and the rain head on the shower wasn't usable. We would have liked our room cleaned and the bed made up each morning. A couple of chairs in the room would be nice.

An exceptional choice in the centre of the old town

The staff were amazing. Anything we asked for was always accommodated and their English and sense of humour added to the joy of the stay. The room was beautiful, though a little small. Lots of quaint decorations made the room feel very special. Breakfast was superb. Traditional donuts, omelet and cheeses and vegetables. More than enough to start off the day. We were a minute walk from the old stone bridge, restaurants and cafes. We also had an excellent dinner at the hotel, an experience I would recommend.

The stairs tested out the old knees. If you have a choice I think room number one is the better room but both were lovely.

An unparalleled stay

Staying at this little two room hotel run by Fatma and her family was the highlight of our 25 day vacation in the Balkans. What a gem of a restaurant and hotel! The breakfast and the dinner we had there were tremendous, with homemade everything, including the popovers ("lokum"), fig jam, avjar and wine. Our lamb entrees were generous and delicious. Fatma has a gift for hospitality and it shows in the beautiful traditional decor, food, and service of this delightful establishment. The location is great, on a charming little street in Old Town Prizren, a stone's throw from the historic bridge over the river. Our spotless room was very comfortable, with a sweet little balcony and an updated bathroom. This is our highest recommendation from anywhere we stayed on this trip. Unexaggerated 10 points, 5 stars. Tessekur, Fatma Hanim!

The breakfast was absolutely incredible. We also ate there for dinner and it was delicious. Right in the center but not too noisy at night. Everyone at the hotel/restaurant was lovely. It is just two rooms on top of the restaurant.

Rustic charm and great food in the heart of Prizren.

The rooms are located above a popular (and excellent) restaurant just a block from the river. Ours had a lovely roof terrace and the decor was traditional and charming. Parking was in an offsite lot, good luck if you don't have a tiny car! The staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. Breakfast was simple (omelette, salad, bread) but fresh and delicious. We also ate dinner there and they were very good at accommodating dietary requirements.

I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. A real gem in Prizren. The staff and the owner are very kind. The food is excellent. I hope we will have the opportunity to stay here again.

Nice & coz stay in traditional Albanian theme hotel

Really like the traditional Albanian interior design & decoration in the room and the restaurant . It’s only few mins walk from the hotel to the stone bridge.The terrace is very big and it’s good to see the stair at night or look around with the telescope provided. The breakfast is big , the bread in the breakfast is very delicious.

Wonderful stay - a real gem

Absolutely excellent stay! The staff are friendly and very welcoming, location is perfect and room great. The cooked breakfast delicious! WiFi could be a little stronger but definitely satisfactory. The flexibility re check in/out was excellent, appreciated, and made the experience seamless and top tier! Totally recommend! Definitely choose this accommodation if available.

This place is fantastic. My only feedback would be it would be better (for non Euro people like me!) to pay by card instead of cash. Also, TV a great asset, but need platforms/stations that are already logged in.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful. Room decor was quaintly traditional. Excellent location adjacent to the old stone bridge and walking distance to other attractions.

Small bathroom with no place for toiletries and lack of seating in the room. Satelite television system too clunky.

The location was perfect in the heart of the old town. Easy and convenient walks to everything. The food was spectacular! Very traditional Kosovoan food and prepared exquisitely. A true local experience. The staff was over the top friendly and nice clean room. Couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

Parking was very confusing. No parking at the hotel and you need to park in one of the lots close by. This isn’t a bad thing but we weren’t clear that’s what we had to do beforehand.

Warm and cosy apartment in the old town.

Perfect location, very close to Taşköprü (Stone Bridge). Hosts and staff are very nice and kind people. King size bed. Good breakfast according to your desire. Smart TV with applications.

Instead of a curtain in the bath, a glass cabin would be better. Since the room is on the last floor, you feel the hot inside in July with a 38C outside air temperature. But AC was ok. Nets on the windows against mosquitoes are needed.

The location is perfect. We loved the large balcony and the bed was extremely comfortable and quite large. The breakfast was delicious 😋 and generous.

Great traditional stay in the heart of Prizren

Very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged breakfast earlier than 9am just for us and the owner even brought us to the nearest bus stop and waited for us to get on the bus under the rain. We had to catch our bus to Skopje and thanks to her we could have a calm breakfast without hurrying up to go to the main bus station. The environment is really cozy and the traditional restaurant very good. Perfect position, 1 min walk to the Stone Bridge. Spacious room with a great view from the balcony.

Room located on the 2nd floor of the building, no lift. Might be a problem for people with disabilities. Breakfast available only from 9am (kitchen opening time), but the staff were flexible with us and cooked earlier without any problems.
