Cozy staying in Prizren

The property has the best location you can ask for, with the main Prizren attractions, bars and restaurants 1 minute walking away. The staff was really helpful, cheerful and attentive. The room was clean and well arranged. They could do a little better with the breakfast, maybe adding more items, or I would suggest they add an “A La Carte” breakfast menu, so the clients can order whatever they like from the menu. Still, highly recommended and would definitely come back!

Good effort in a good location

Right across from the bridge from the old town and mosque. The free parking is a win, but does require a block or so of hauling luggage. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Prizren is a beautiful thing to behold right around sunset.

Feels a little pricey for the area. The room I stayed in could use a visit from the exterminator.

A fun, luxurious stay with a fantastic view!

Nothing is further than a 20 minute walk from Monarch; the hotel is situated in the centre of Prizren. From the windows, there is an absolutely majestic view of Prizren Fortress (a 20 minute climb from the hotel). It is also right on the bank of Prizren’s famous scenic river. Not only is it perfectly located, but Monarch provides a fantastic experience for its guests. My room - an en suite with an enormous bed - was cleaned daily, to an excellent standard. The breakfast is great and the staff are incredibly welcoming. My favourite aspect of Monarch, however, was its open bar and seating area. The bar staff were fun and enthusiastic, serving fantastic coffee and cocktails. They even let me try out the coffee machine! All in all, this was an unparalleled hotel experience, and for such a reasonable price I am eager to stay again!

Prefect in Prizren

The location is best in Prizren. This is where your buses take people to see city on day trips. View of castle and Mosque, next to river, bridges and central square. Simply perfect

Great experience, exceptional hotel

The staff were fantastic and very helpful! I really enjoyed my stay here. Hakan and Saeid at reception done an exceptional job. I can't fault the rooms or facilities. Highly recommend and the best bit is the location, less than 5 minutes walk from all the best sights and everything you need!!

Definitely worth it.

This is the second time I've stayed here. The location is spot on - easy access by car for drop off and pick up, and close to the main attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and staff are friendly. The bar/cafe part of the hotel in the square is locked vely for breakfast and I have enjoyed the lice music on both visits. It's excellent value for money.

Cigarette smell coming from the bathroom but if you close the door it was fine. Part of the culture that smoking indoors is very common.

Superb!

Best Balcony view! You can see most of the main sights from the balcony. Check in staff were super friendly and there was free parking which is a mega bonus as parking not easy during busy periods. The breakfast was also good and the best coffee of our trip!

Water drainage issue at the bathrooms which make the water flooding at the rooms and also the risk of slipping inside the path room specially for children and old people. Also, the parking is little far from the hotel.
