A Good Place to Stay in Prizren

This is a nice new hotel, so very clean with lovely modern design. It is situated in an authentic neighborhood, and within walking distance to some great restaurants, cafes, and convenience shops. Im glad I did not end up staying in the tourist mecca! Everything is walking distance from the hotel, even the Castle and you’ll get to see some fabulous architecture along the way. Parking was the best, as I was able to park right outside the front door of the hotel, and I just left my car there for the week and spent the rest of my stay on foot exploring. The rooms are comfortable, and nice size. I slept well in the bed. The hot water works well, as does air conditioning. If I needed help they were quick at responding, otherwise I was left to myself which I enjoyed.

The only gripe I have was the cigarette smoke, but it’s not the fault of the hotel. Albania/Kosovo are far behind with health standards with the majority of the population addicted to tobacco, as in “endemic” and in turn the cigarette smoke can ruin your enjoyment particularly around dining establishments, or when you’d like to breathe.

Nice and clean. The hotel is in a quiet place, but very close to the famous shopping places in Prizren and not very far from the center. The reception lady was very helpful about everything. The breakfast was perfect. Would definitely recommend for everyone!

Not much a big of a deal but there wasn’t a hanging stick in the closet where I would hang my clothes. Maybe it’s just me but when I go to a hotel I like to take the clothes out and hang them in the closet😅 but anyway as I said it wasn’t a big deal for me.

Perfection!

Its Fantastic!! Close to the city center, and has everything you need close by. The restaurant downstairs is so great and friendly, breakfast is good you have a variety of choices to pick from. The worker at the front desk is so helpful and always asked if everything was good and if we needed anything shes super helpful. Overall perfect and comfy, clean. Highly suggested in the beautiful Prizren.

Kosovan hospitality at its finest!

What an amazing introduction to Kosovan hospitality and generosity of spirit. Nothing was too much for the staff and they went out of their way to make my stay very special. Hot shower, comfortable bed, great location - and the breakfast was absolutely superb! Best I have had in all of Europe!

Glad to be in a clean modern hotel

The young at the front counter was very helpful. The room was clean and modern.

It was a tight squeeze in the room. Te balcony door wouldn't open because the bed was in the way. The light on the bathroom mirror doesn't shut off. Loud music from the bar on Saturday night.

Zeer ondermaats. Leuke potentie voor een hotel maar nog een lange ontwikkeling te gaan.

Kamer had een prima indeling. Genoeg ruimte en bed lag prima. Douche was verder prima en in orde.

Bij binnenkomst deden er al een aantal lampen het niet. Er lag ook een leuke afstandsbediening voor eventueel sfeerverlichting in de kamer, deed het ook niet. De kamer was ook verre weg van schoon. Heel veel lange haren lagen er op de grond dat het zichtbaar was dat er maar snel doorheen was stofgezogen. Daarnaast lagen er in alle (!!) kastjes heel veel kleine haartjes, zat de wastafel + spiegel nog onder oude tandpasta en waren de pantoffels ook al oud en gebruikt. Ontbijt was zeer matig. Zonder aankondiging dat het eerste drankje bij het ontbijt zat, werd voor een tweede koffie en water gelijk de rekening op tafel gebracht. Dit gezamelijk met heel onvriendelijk personeel in het restaurant. Leuk dat er een theekan op de kamer staat maar er staat niks van theezakjes, koffiezakjes of überhaupt bekers op de kamer om gebruik van te maken.

Hyvä hotelli - huono siivous

Hotelli on uudenkarhea, moderni, sadesuihku elektronisella lämpömittarilla jne. Hotellilla on oma erillinen baari, joka näytti olevan todella suosittu paikallisten nuorten keskuudessa. Aamupala oli erinomaisen hyvä, valmis lautasellinen täynnä syötävää.

Huonesiivooja oli jättänyt asiat puolitiehen. Puhtaat lakanat/pyyhkeet löytyivät ja roskikset oli tyhjennetty, mutta suihkussa oli edellisten vierailijoiden hiuksia runsaasti ja useammalta päivältä oli imurointi/lakaisu/lattian pesu jäänyt tekemättä.

Çok kötü bir deneyimdi

Tesis aynı kişilerin işlettiği bir barın yanına yapılmıştı. Bir aileye uygun değildi. Giriş ve çıkışta tesiste bizi karşılayan olmadı, barın içerisine girip çalışanları bulmamız gerekti. Tuvalet pisti, temiz terlik yoktu, kullanılmış terlik bırakılmıştı. Yatak rahat değildi, televizyonda çalışan kanal yoktu. Banyoda saç kurutma makinesi vardı ama fişini takabileceğimiz bir priz yoktu. Banyoda sıcak su stabil akmıyordu, bir soğuk bir sıcak oluyordu. Odaya giriş yaptığımızda çok soğuktu, klima çok geç ısıttı.
