Great stay

The hotel is in a perfect location on the old square with resturants, bar and shops. Everything including the fortress are all walking distance although it is very steep up to the fortress. The room was new, comfortable and very clean. The reception staff where very helpful, welcoming and lucky for us spoke great english. Breakfast is at a bistro next door with a few options and was very good. If you go to Prizren the Nam is the place to stay.

The room could have been a little bit warmer.

It’s not a 5 star hotel even 3 is more than what it deserves

There is no parking or place to drop or collect my luggage so i must carry all the luggage for mor than 200 m around from the nearest car park It’s only 1 floor and there is no swimming pool or fitness centre

Prizren is a beatiful town and the Nam is just the right place to stay.

We booked the hotel through Booking.com its written 4 stars hotel but its not because no swimming pool, no car parking, no bar , no spa how can be written 5 stars , Booking.com must check this because customers get wrong information about this hotel, no eben coffe machine in the room, no water as well, no staff actully This place is just jocke, one staff avaliable she dosent know how to use post machine, she dosent know how to give invoice

Good if you plan to stay one night

One second from the city center. They will give you a voucher to have a free breakfast meal at the restaurant in the corner.

Hotel has no parking at all you have to pay at the parking area in the back. Also the room was smelly ( dead rat) so I notified the staff and they tried to do their best but smell returned after an hour.

Fantastic

Staying was so comfortable and cozy, staff was super friendly and helpfull. It is literaly INSIDE the center city and I liked the interior so much. Definitely coming again soon

الموقع ممتاز جداً ، نصيحة لا تسمع كثير للتقييمات لأني كنت متخوف جداً جداً من التجربه بعد قراءة التقييمات ، و اللي شفته بعد التجربه ، صراحه شيء ممتاز الموقع استراتيجي افضل مكان في بريزرن ، الغرفه كانت نظيفه و الموظفة كانت لطيفه ، والسرير مريح جداً و الحمام نظيف , صحيح ان التجربة ليست خمس نجوم لكن مقابل المبلغ المدفوع تكفي وزياده ولو رجعت بريزرن راح يكون هذا الفندق هو خياري الاول اكيد. تحته جميع الخدمات بقاله سوبرماركت صيدلية مقاهي مطاعم قريبة جداً

لا يوجد مواقف سيارات ، اللي جاي بسيارته يمكن يتعب انا ماكان معي سيارة يفتقر الفندق لبعض الادوات زي فرش الاسنان والشاور كاب

Booking de kahvaltı mevcut yazıyordu yokmuş, kendimizi kandırışmış hissettik. Serdikleri çarşafın ortasında kırmızı leke vardı, öylece sermişler. Değişmesini istedim biri geldi değiştirdi ama çarşafı öylece üstine attı kirli olanı da almadığını gittikten sonra fark ettim.

Hotel moderne très bien situé bien pour un court séjour

Emplacement parfait, donnant sur la place principale. Le salon permet de profiter de la vue sur la place.

L'hôtel étant sous les toits au dernier étage d'un centre commercial moderne, il n'y a pas du tout de lumière naturelle, ce qui peut gêner certains.
