Excellent hotel with a super nice staff

Having a parking place on site is a great plus in Prizren. Big, clean rooms, nice breakfast and, most of all, super friendly and helpful staff.

Like in many other places in Eastern Europe, the upper sheet doesn’t adjust to the sides of the bed. I understand it’s something cultural, but still. If you turn a lot, you get uncovered.

Brilliant

Brilliant location only 5/10 min walk to the centre of Prizren old town, and 15 min walk from bus station. Good facilities, big rooms - staff make the stay exceptional with very friendly and attentive service, and serve you up an exceptional breakfast.

Quaint hotel in a busy location. The basement parking was very convenient. Beldon at the reception was exceedingly helpful. Breakfast was hearty.

The location was excellent—just a short walk from the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was tasty with a nice variety of options. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax.

It was in a great place very near the center of the city. The hotel was very clean and very organized. I have traveled all around the world and i have never seen a service like this from the crew there. They were so welcoming and so helpfull that made you doubt if you were in a hotel or if you were staying at your family house. A very pleasant stay!

The hotel is within walking distance of all the sights. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The people are very friendly and give tips on what to see and where to eat. Good breakfast too!

I would be happy if thyey gave us the same room as what we requested , but we accept it since they have no rooms available. No elevator in the hotel and our rooms were at thrid floor (difficult for old people). Breakfast wasn’t as expected (no variety).

Really lovely family run hotel with fantastic breakfasts in a great location. Highly recommend. Don’t let it put you off though. just some areas for improvement.

Only thing is our room could have been a bit better: the carpet needed changing, the shower head needed replacing and the rooms weren’t cleaned each night.

A Perfect Little Hotel and Fantastic Breakfast!

We liked everything. I rarely score any small hotel 10 out of 10, because it’s doesn’t leave any higher score for really special 5 star hotels, but this one deserves it! The room was lovely, modern, clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked, the shower was good, nice amenities including tea, coffee, shampoo, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just a five or ten minute walk to the stone bridge and other historic sites. And, as others have said, the breakfast was fantastic! We highly recommend a stay here!
