Lovely stay at Hotel Luna ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great stay at Hotel Luna. The hotel is very clean, well organised, and has a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. The room was spacious, tidy, and well maintained, making it easy to properly unwind. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. Everything felt well run and thoughtfully set up. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Overall, a really solid stay and I’d happily come back again.

I loved the entire experience, the staff were wonderful and accommodating. They surprised us with the most adorable decorations and made our anniversary even that much more special.

Just the breakfast being more food options, they were wonderful otherwise. If only we could stay longer

The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. The location is good and it is relatively new and stylishly furnished. Staff helped with the on site parking.

Modern and sleek, space age shower

Ultra modern, a 5-10 minute walk through town. Clean, safe and reliable accommodation with great friendly advice on reception.

The placement of the power sockets was a bit odd which made charging challenging whilst being on the road, possible just not bedside. The shower started fun but was a bit over complicated for plumbing!

A straightforward and no frills hotel providing good value for money.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast good. Bar open in the evenings and an Italian takeaway service for food if required.

Tricky to find as the one way street it is on goes the opposite way to Apple and Google maps!

Great hotel in the city of Prizren

New hotel all the facilities are brand new. The location is quiet and 6-7 minutes walk from the main old city attractions and restaurants. The staff Zuofir was super nice and helpful, great parking for my motorcycle! Recommend The break fest was fix and local and tasty!

Great property, but a few issues which need to be sorted.

Very modern with good features especially in the bathroom. Nice view over the rooftops from higher floors. Nice rooftop terrace. Friendly staff who quickly solved issues.

Parking is chaotic - if it’s busy you have to block other cars in, and get blocked in yourself. You hand your car keys over at reception so they constantly rearrange the cars depending on who needs to get out. It worked, but didn’t offer great peace of mind. The room didn’t come with a minibar fridge even though this was stated on the room description. I was told this was a ‘general’ list, but they did quickly solve this and one appeared later the same day we checked in. There was no choice at breakfast. You sit down and a plate of food is presented to you with some tea. No water, juice or fruit was available to choose from. The food was freshly cooked and tasty however. At the first breakfast we asked for coffee which was gladly provided. However we were then asked to pay for this as we left the breakfast area - we had assumed coffee would be free like pretty much anywhere else offering a free breakfast!

Comfortable & Clean Stay

The property is super modern and very new. The room.was comfortable and provided what we needed for our one night stay in Prizren. Breakfast was filling and very nice. It was a short walk to the centre and had parking, which was convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Wonderful hotel in center of Prizern

The suite was great and spacious. Only thing the hot tub was great option but would’ve been better if placed better. Overall, we loved the stay and the staff are super friendly and accommodating!

Solid Property in a Charming City

Nice, modern property in a charming Kosovo city with a traditional city center. Comfortable and basic. Good breakfast. What sets Hotel Luna apart is its staff. Road closures and circuitous streets near property made access a challenge, but staff kindly escorted us to the main road. A travel experience to remember.

Wunderbar 🌟

Alles war auf einem sehr guten Niveau: die Sauberkeit, das Personal, die neuen Einrichtungen, das leckere Frühstück und der Parkplatz. Vor allem hat mich die Gastfreundschaft des Personals sowie der sehr günstige Zimmerpreis beeindruckt. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder in dasselbe Hotel zurückkehren.

Wir durften in dieser Woche diese unglaublich tolle Stadt kennenlernen. Wir sind sehr beeindruckt.

Ein tolles Hotel, schöne Zimmer. Wir waren zu viert und hatten die Suite und ein Doppelzimmer mit Stadtblick. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
