We will not use any more this hotel, mainly because of the clean less of the rooms.

Location was good and breakfast was just OK.

Cleaning was not good at all. Bed sheet were polyester and totally not comfortable. The matrass was very soft and not good at all.

We reserved for a garden view and we were provided with a room that is in the basement and viewing the sidewalk only. Young people gather in the parking smoking and drinking. Facilities looks old

A wonderful stay, very clean hotel with friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The room was tidy and very comfortable. The staff showed great professionalism and exceptional hospitality. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty, with options for every preference. The hotel’s location is very convenient for exploring the city. I would choose it again without hesitation.

Decent enough location

The unfriendly staff, the poorly built hotel, no one around to check out so just had to leave my things in my room, fridge in the room that was like a heat source, just poor for such a new hotel, didn’t even bother to make the bed

A great stay overall — just a small note on housekeeping frequency.

The hotel is clean, modern, and well-located. Staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable.

Rooms aren’t cleaned daily, which was a bit unexpected. And the fridge was not cooling well.

A lovely boutique hotel

A comfortable boutique hotel close to the old town. The standard double room we got abit small and stuffy but aircon worked. Room had a view of the carpark in front. Free parking is offered. Breakfast is fairly substantial and offered on the top floor which has a view of the mosque and castle. Must thank Enes who was always helpful during our 4 day stay. We used Prizren as a base to visit Pristina and Rugova Canyon and are glad we did that as Prizren is a much more compact and charming city.

Great option for exploring Prizren!

The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very close to all of the main sights. The WiFi was good and the bed was very comfortable. Decent breakfast options. Highly recommend!

The shower flooded the bathroom a little bit each morning because the drain was a bit slow, but this was not a major issue for us.

AC was not working unfortunately they did their best but at the end ac not work. We moved for 3 rooms because of AC and solved with room with big window and wind help to cool the room. There was a bad smell in bathroom but I ignored it because I didn’t want to move again.

Top Hotel!!!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral, zudem steht ein großer Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

اعجبني فطورهم حلو ومتنوع وعندهم شاي تركي مضبوط المواقف مساحه خاصه امام الفندق قدامه مسجد وقريب من سنتر برزرين تروح مشي اخلاقهم ممتازه وطيبين تجربتي كانت وقت شتاء والمكيف الحار 👍

غرفتي كانت بالدور الاول فوق الارضي والمطعم بالدور الثاني ولا فيه مصعد والغرفه فيها ضيق شوي وكان فيه ريحة بسيطه طالعه من الحمام اكرمكم الله السلبيات هذي بسيطه جدا ولا تعيب المكان بالنسبه لي ولا تفرق معي ابدا ولكن ذكرتها ممكن تفرق مع غيري

Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit großem Parkplatz. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend.

Passables Hotel mit vielen Abstrichen

kleines Hotel mit zentraler Lage, fußläufig an den wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Kleines aber feines Zimmer mit Smart TV.

Wir haben nicht das Zimmer erhalten wie gebucht, ein Doppelbett wurde uns verwehrt. Seltsame Atmosphäre an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück ist sehr dürftig, minimale Auswahl und alles andere als nahrhaft. Das Bad war teils dreckig, die Föhnhalterung hing halb lose aus der Wand. Hotel Wifi ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Neues, modernes, zentrales Hotel, mit kleinen Abstrichen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, nicht weit in die Innenstadt. Großer Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Der Empfang war nett, Koffer wurde aufs Zimmer getragen. Meinem Zimmerwunsch vorab wurde zugestimmt. Zimmergröße ist gut, auch die des Badezimmers.

Mir hat der gemütliche Wohlfühlfaktor im Zimmer gefehlt. Alles wirkte etwas kalt. Im Bad kaum Ablageflächen für einen Waschbeutel, etc.. Moderne Brausegarnitur, die nicht wirklich selbsterklärend ist. Der Herr an der Rezeption sagte Frühstück gibts ab 08:30, eine andere Dame meinte um 08:00 Uhr. Egal, beides finde ich für ein Hotel relativ spät. Das Frühstücksangebot war nicht Mitteleuropäisch, sondern eher türkisch ausgerichtet (Oliven, Käse, besonderes Brot). Alles frisch, wer jedoch das selbstgemachte frische Rührei erwartet wird entäuscht. Kaffee wird in heiss Wasser aufgebrüht, auf Wunsch ist aber auch Maschinenkaffee erhältlich. Im Frühstücksraum darf geraucht werden.

التكييف سيئ جدًا وعطلان ولم يقم احد بإصلاحه رغم الشكوى اكثر من ثلاث مرات دون فائدة يوجد موظف شاب في الاستقبال غير متعاون ابدًا عاملة النظافة مزعجة وتطرق الباب من الصباح

El hotel está nuevo por lo que todo es limpio, cómodo y bien decorado. Tienes aparcamiento gratuito y puedes ir a pie al centro, algo que facilita estancias cortas.

El desayuno es bastante escaso, pero para un dia puedes escapar. El cafe era bueno, hecho al momento.

Prima voor kort verblijf

De locatie is top, net als dat je er gemakkelijk kan parkeren. Kamer was ook mooi schoon.

Wel heeft dit hotel een paar minpunten. Allereerst verhuurt het hotel ‘s avonds parkeerplekken aan bezoekers van de stad. De hele avond is het een komen en gaan van mensen en zitten meerdere personeelsleden op de trap voor de ingang. Omdat de ramen van de hotelkamers zich ook aan de voorkant bevinden, heb je zeker tot middernacht last van lawaai. Daarnaast vonden we het personeel niet erg benaderbaar. Het inchecken ging bijna zonder dat er iets gezegd werd door de jongen bij de receptie. Er werd niets uitgelegd en voor we het wisten was de jongen alweer weg nadat we de kamer kregen. Hierdoor moesten we zelf maar uitzoeken hoe laat het ontbijt was en wat de wifi code was. Dat lukte via Google Translate bij een andere medewerker van het hotel… Het ontbijt was prima, maar helaas wordt er in de ontbijtzaal gerookt. Dat is nogal smerig. Nog twee verbeterpunten: airco in de kamer maakt erg veel lawaai. En het dekbedovertrek is te klein voor een tweepersoonsbed. Al met al was het een oké verblijf, maar vergeleken met de andere accommodaties tijdens onze reis viel dit hotel toch tegen.

Nowy hotel w samym centrum starej części miasta. Duży parking na miejscu. A śniadanie - znakomite. Nie czuliśmy się gośćmi hotelu, tylko ludzi którzy nas ugościli.

Hotel mit Ladestation und unmittelbar nehmen Altstadt!

Können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Es ist neu und unmittelbar neben der Altstadt. Verfügt über einen grossem Parkplatz. Auch die Ladestationen für unseren Tesla war sehr praktisch. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Absolut nettes Personal.

Bellissimo hotel ad 1 minuto a piedi dal centro di Prizren. Struttura accogliente, pulita e confortevole. Stanza dotata di ogni confort, silenziosa e ben organizzata. Colazione ottima per il salato, accettabile per il dolce. Staff cordiale e disponibile.

Orario colazione troppo tardi (a partire dalle ore 8.30) , poca scelta di dolce, prevalentemente salata.

Mooi hotel, direct in het centrum

Mooi hotel op een goede ligging. Erg fijn dat de auto ook makkelijk bij het hotel geparkeerd kon worden. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk

In de ontbijtzaal wordt nog gerookt. Dat waren wij niet meer gewend en maakt het ontbijt toch minder smakelijk

Ailece gidebileceğiniz mükemmel bir otel. Şadırvan’ın hemen yanında kendi otoparkı olan komforlu müthiş bir yer. Sahipleri ve çalışanlar Kosovalı Türkler. Balkanların tamamını gezdik konakladığımız en iyi oteldi diyebilirim. Üst katta suit var. Kahvaltısında demleme çay var. Herşeyi fazlasıyla düşünmüşler. Herkese tavsiye ederiz.
