There is no wifi at the Balcony. Inside the room the wifi is from the 2nd floor wifi, like 1 or 2 bars sometimes.

Really cozy place in the center. Everything is close by and perfect place to stay during Prizen. Would go there again for sure. Actually one traveller stayed there too :). Drinks available from fridge. They have small lights next to the bed.

Location was great. It was close to sightseeing and food. It was about 15 minutes walk from long distance bus station.

There was no one to let me check out of my room about 6:30AM. The front door was locked so I was not able to get out. I chose this hotel because front desk was supposed to be in operation 24 hours per day. The phone number listed on Booking.com did not work. I was locked in the hotel. It was not acceptable. Booking did not offer help!

Excellent bed and pillows, except for to small sheets Bathroom tiles, i loved them, high class 😎

That they use a bed sheet that is to short and to narrow, so creepy to wake up on the madress with no sheets. Why do they claim to offer a terrace and even shows a picture of it, when it only can be access through another hotel room, so close to cheating!

Nice promotional on arrival: I received a bigger room as the one I booked, at the same cost! All in almost new condition, and situation very close to old town

Very good location

The staff was completely unhelpfull. First of all - when we arrived young man told us, that he do not have our reservation. When we asked about free rooms, he claimed that he doesn't have one. After few minutes, when we found message from hotel, that they have our reservation, and they're waiting for us, he show us first room - not very good, but free. Then he "found" another free room - it was probably the one that we booked.
