A clean, basic place to stay.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom appeared brand new. The walls seemed freshly painted and parking could not be more convenient.

The rooms were very small and basic -- for which the price was fair. In spite of having 6 persons on our registration, there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed for the 6th guest (that is, we only had sheets for 5 persons). Because we discovered this late, we didn't want to bother the staff (off site), so my son used the couch cover as a blanket. Furthermore, in the two-bedroom apartment, the linens and remote controls were all in one bedroom in which we had to wake up our family who had gone to sleep early. Also, only one remote control had batteries (the working remote was also in the other bedroom). It would be nice if there could be a mirror in the bedrooms since there was a shared bathroom for six guests. The bathroom was frequently occupied so it would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms for getting ready. For those traveling with pets, we chose this location because our friends were traveling with a small dog. There was an unlisted upcharge for bringing a pet. A final, minor point: we thought that given it was an "apartment," we would have a communal space in which to socialize with our friends that we met up with (the reason for our travel) but it was really only two bedrooms with a shared bath and a kitchenette in the corridor. The hotel did not have a lobby either. Thankfully, it was not bad weather, so some of us sat outside to talk. Everything was adequate, but with a bit more care to detail, the issue of the bedding and batteries are some things that could easily be addressed for future guests. The staff was kind and friendly. We wish them success in their business.

Prizren

The room was clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was close to the city center. The staff didn't speak English, but we managed somehow. She was also very nice and helpful.

The bathroom faucet wasn't working and was flying everywhere. There was nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom. The shower sometimes dripped, and the toilet flush was broken.
