This is one of the best places I have ever stayed! Delightful hosts. Wonderful rooms. Sitting atop a wonderful grill restaurant…serving ice cold beer. Sound perfect? It really is!! Did I mention the secure basement garage?

No bedside lights. Mind you…after a 130km - 2,500m of ascent - bicycle ride, and too many beers, I did not really need one!

Great value, friendly host and lovely single room

Probably the nicest single bed room in private accommodation I have encountered. They are usually tiny and pokey, but both bedroom and shower room were spacious. Everything is brand new, and wi-fi works well. The people are very friendly. I was sorry I had no time to eat in the restaurant - it smelled fantastic.

Just small things - to be picky: it would be good to have a few clothes hangers, blackout curtains, fully soundproof window and a bedside lamp. The location is not super central but you can walk to the centre in 30 min, or take a taxi (€2.50-€3 one way). But otherwise - a really, really nice room and great value for your money.

Great experience

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Bujtina Jaki. The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were not only spotless and fresh-smelling, but also really nice and cosy—perfect for relaxing after a day out in Gjakova. Everything about the place, from the comfort to the service, made our stay feel easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended and definitely will be coming back!

Fantastic

Rooms were beautiful, very clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We are in the restaurant below and the food was incredible, again with brilliant and friendly staff. If you want to find it put ‘Grill Jaki’ into Google maps - much easier that way.

Séjour parfait dans cet hôtel !

Jaki et toutes les personnes travaillant avec lui sont des gens extrêmement hospitaliers et aimables. L'hôtel est superbe , d' une propreté irréprochable, et d'un très grand confort. La pizzeria attenante est excellente. Une adresse parfaite si vous passez dans la région. Je recommande absolument !
