The location. It is right where all the bus stops
I realized the washing machine was a plus. It was rather difficult to operate, especially if you can't read the instructions or buttons.

How many chances do you have to sleep in an Ottoman-styled room with a coffered ceiling? Or walk through a 200-year-old stone door frame? The hostess is wonderful. Giakove is pleasant but quieter than I expected.
There is only one shared bathroom and it is a bit tight and cluttered. Not much can be done about that. We fortunately only had 3 guests at the time. If the house is full (up to 8 people) it could be an issue. There is no AC. We again fortunately came the day after a heatwave and could still feel the residual heat in the room. The wifi was spotty in the bedrooms.
