A villa close to the beach

The property is in 10 minutes' walk from the nearest beaches. Now a path has been cleaned to the Velika plaža beach along the sea coast, it takes about an hour to walk there. There are an electric stove, a microwave, a toaster, and an iron with ironing board in the common space for everyone to use, and an electric kettle in every room. The owner Ramzes is a very nice person who's doing his best to make sure that his guests feel great, and his English is very good. I doubt very much that you will find such an attitude towards guests in any five-star hotel.

Great rest in a hospitable house in a wonderful, but untidy, part of Montenegro.

Breakfast as a service was not available.Great sea view from the balcony. The sea is 5-7 minutes away, as are the restaurants located on the seashore. About 15 minutes to the old town or the market. There is no public transport, only taxis,so it is both a necessity and a great opportunity to get around. Special slippers are recommended for rocky beaches. Smoking is not allowed, which I think is a plus.There is TV for rainy days, fast 5G internet.The room has more or less enough dishes and cutlery for preparing meals on site.Tap water is too chlorinated, drinking water should be purchased. The shop is only about 200 m away.The owners of the house provide the necessary information and support, are kind and hospitable. Communication is provided in English.You can also pay for accommodation by card, but in most restaurants, cafes, and markets, of course, cash is required. I am very satisfied that I chose this accommodation for my vacation.

Picturesque seaview. Memorable stay.

The view from the terrace is spectacular. I enjoyed the sunrise colors on the horizon, the occasional wooden boat that sailed by, the impressionist splashes of gold, pink, orange, indigo, red, yellow across the skies at sunset. And if you are a stargazer, you would be thrilled to know that you could watch the starry skies from the terrace of your room, and the silvery moon as well. And the stovetops, cookware, and oven that are available are great for preparing meals. The property is also conveniently located in close proximity to the beach, supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes restaurants, banks, and pharmacies. And a scenic promenade that is within 10 minutes' walking distance makes the stay at Villa Dulcinea absolutely superb. And the host is hospitable, helpful, and kind.

Nice view

Its a beautiful view. And pretty roomy space. Your own balcony and a place to sit there . You can walk to the beach. And walk to the city centar . There is a market close by. And the host is verry nice

The beds are horrible. They hurt my back so much. The sink is way way to low to do the diches. I dont like to do dishes next to the toilet either. The stove avaible in the hallway only worked on 1 side. Parkinf is close available but sometimes no space.

Amazing stay

There's not much to comment on coz when everything is great, you don't pay attention. Overall, it was a great experience which resulted into my thoughts of buying a house in Ulcinj :) Ramzes, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. The location couldn't be better because you stay far enough not to get caught into the noise of the touristy downtown and enjoy the silence, views and tranquility and yet it's not that far from the beach and the centre, it would take around 10 mins or so. I wish I stayed longer.

The only thing that I personally would recommend is getting a brighter bulb/lamp in the room coz the room gets dim in the evening which is a wee bit inconvenient if you work remotely. There was nothing else to notice or dislike

This place has an amazing view. Ramses and all the staff is very helpful. You are very close to the best swimming spots and all the facilities work perfectly. If you are thinking on going to Ulcinj, you must definetly stay here.

A nice and quiet place to stay in the heart of Ulcinj

Very good value for the money as it’s a nice and quiet place to stay. Close to all attractions in Ulcinj (besides Velika Plaza, but it didn’t bother us since the beaches near the villa are way better). The owner is very nice indeed.

Čarobni septembarski dani u Ulcinju

Gostoprimstvo i posvećenost domaćina da Vam boravak učini što ugodnijim. Smještaj uredan sadrži sve kao u ponudi i za ugodan boravak ništa više nije potrebno. Lokacija u blizini nekoliko atraktivnih kamenitih plaža ( najljepših u Ulcinju) a blizu je i čuvena Mala plaža. Toplo preporučujem osobito u septembra kada nema uobičajene gužve.

Da ima veca ocena od 10, dao bih

Osoblje je preljubazno, apartman preudoban, ne znam odakle da pocnem. Prvi dan nas je častio pićem, ugradio nam klimu zbog vrućine, mogli smo da koristimo njegovu veš mašinu koja nije bila deo onoga što smo platili. Za sve što nam je trebalo mogli smo da se obratimo njemu. Nismo znali gde hranu da naručimo, on nam je poslao dobar restoran kao preporuku, pokazao plaže i kojim putem da idemo. Još mnogo mnogo stvari kojih više ne mogu ni da se setim. Par plaža se nalaze blizu ovog smeštaja, prodavnice nisu daleko, restorani takodje jako blizu. Unutra sve čisto, udobno, a i lepo izgleda. Sve u svemu, sve je bilo predobro i sigurno ću se vratiti u isti apartman. Preporučujem svima.

Ramzes jest naprawdę super gospodarzem dbającym o swoich gości. Zakwaterował nas w większym pokoju z tarasem w ramach rezerwacji bo był akurat pusty 😀.Obiekt doskonale położony niedaleko Starego Miasta i morza. Możliwość przygotowania posiłków i zrobienia prania na koniec zwiedzania Czarnogóry naprawdę cenna. W obiekcie jest wszystko co potrzebne do funkcjonowania jak w domu a dla fanów sportu w TV chyba wszystkie ligi świata od NBA po Ekstraklasę 👍

Проживание оставило великолепное впечатление от качества обслуживания и уюта в этом месте. Номер оформлен просто, но продуман до мелочей для создания комфорта. Очень удобная кровать дарила ощущение домашнего уюта. Из окон номера открывается живописный вид. Отдельно отмечу прекрасное отношение хозяина виллы. Он замечательный человек и всегда готов помочь с любыми вопросами. Мы были одни на этаже и хозяин предложил вариант с видом на море. Отдельное спасибо! Несмотря на то, что я приехала по делам, время, проведенное здесь, оставило исключительно положительные впечатления, и я с уверенностью могу рекомендовать данную виллу.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Das Zimmer war zwar sehr groß und hatte einen Balkon und eine Klimaanlage, war aber sehr einfach eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten unsere Motorräder in der abgeschlossenen Garage/Hof parken.

Im Badezimmer gab es keine Duschtasse, so dass das der ganze Boden nach dem Duschen nass war. Die Badezimmerbeleuchtung war mehr als dürftig. Die Unterkunft lag ein Stück außerhalb der Stadt. Es gab kein Frühstück.
