A pleasant stay with great staff and location, but with room for improvement in facilities.

I really liked the location, it was very easy to access and there were cafés nearby with exceptional desserts. The staff was very polite and helpful. Also, the amenities such as shampoo and other essentials were provided in abundance, which I appreciated a lot.

I didn’t like that there were no blinds on the windows and some of the furniture was damaged. If you were staying more than 2 or 3 days, there was no option to wash even small items. There wasn’t an iron available either, which is something most other places provide, and more attention should be given to the condition of the furniture.

Perfect location to explore Prizren for a some days

Very good location, just outside the busiest tourist area but a footwalk away. Super friendly staff. The room was basic but felt cosy. The bed was very good.

Could fix some broken bathroom accessories, and touch up some paint.

close to the old square. the Cafe downstairs was decent with good offerings and somewhat flexible hours.

I used google translate to understand what were they saying about me. pretty racist (but creative and funny) slurs towards me. the room was small and dirty. light fixtures were broken so were the curtains

Convenient location but not the most comfortable stay

Perfect location in the centre of the town, just over from the Stone Bridge. The staff were very friendly and this hotel was great for our stay whilst travelling through.

The hotel is opposite a mosque which was quite loud during the calls for pray throughout the day/night. The heating in our room also didn’t work but we appreciated the patio heater that had been mounted on the wall - however, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving this on overnight.

Fantastic!

A very good for money! The location is just perfect: you just need to cross the most famous rock bridge of Pritzen and you will be at the center of downtown. Also, there is a Mosque right in front of it, so you just need to open your window to hear the beautiful Call to Prayer. The room was comfortable and very clean. Bathroom was well preserved and clean as well. The best about it: it was the only hotel that would open the windows so the air could flow! So, it always felt as fresh new air inside (in the opposite of many hotels of the region, and keep it lock to keep the heat)

Breakfast was a bit overprice... but don't miss their Pastry's side business - honestly, best baklavas in town!

The property was positioned in the center of town, which is a very good thing! The room was clean, tidy and cozy. The hotel staff were polite , generous and welcoming.

Everything was fine, so nothing to dislike.

Helpfulness and enthusiasm!

Kindness of people, rooms, position. They helped us in all our requests, leaving us with no words for the kindness. The owner is a special person. They also have a fantastic pastry shop in the ground floor waiting for you for a special breakfast. Don’t miss it.

The parking was 100 meters from the hotel, and it was 6 euro per day, the carpet was not cleaned enough.
