Friendly staff Very clean Perfect location Fridge in room A/C Parking options (free on the street, and I think they also have a paid parking option if needed).

The bathroom flooded when using the shower. Also there was a slight problem with the shower, but it was promptly fixed.

Immaculate brand new hotel two minutes away from the old bazaar center. The staff are super nice shout out to Arti for his friendly manner and welcoming attitude and to the smiling lady who works in the morning. The hotel is very clean and next to many cafes , bars and eateries. I took my breakfast at the near Turkish street restaurant and was delicious. If I ever comes back to Prizren it will be my first choice. Keep up the good work

Hotel nuovo, pulito, esattamente all’ingresso della città vecchia (2’ a piedi dalla piazza più centrale di tutte). Silenzioso. Proprietà famigliare, mi ha accolto il giovane figlio Art, comunicativo in buon inglese ed accogliente, con ambizione di fare carriera nel turismo. Non abbiate dubbi a prenotare qui e dite ad Art che Jacopo lo saluta 😉

Non è un hotel romantico o con stile, arredamento basico ma funzionale. Non c’è ancora il servizio colazione
