Ideally located and confortable family room, basic design but clean and well equipped

Ideal location, very centrally located, close to all history sites Confortable family room, well equipped, simple design. Balcony and confortable beds. Small bathroom but ok. Wifi ok. Minibar well supplied but you have to pay by cash only the minibar which was not clear at the beginning. Breakfast was ok, with a limited choice compared to other hotels in the Balkans. Very nice rooftop terrace with cocktails and beautiful view. The hotel kindky helped us with a free shuttle from and to the bus station, it was very helpful. Family run hotel.

Part of the staff at the reception did not speak English which could lead to some confusion. Very low light in the bathroom (room 111), no shower gel provided (only shampoo and conditioner, hand soap at the sink). The temperature of the water was inverted in the shower which was ok once we understood it :) A bit noisy due to the rooftop on the 3rd floor.

Basic hotel, good location (but a bit hard to reach)

The hotel was a bit tricky to reach because of closed roads and road works and given that it's super expensive to use data roaming with a foreign sim-card navigating was not easy. When we finally found the hotel we learned that there are two different buildings but they are very close to each other. A friendly guy from the wrong one ran to the street to show us where to go and pointed out the underground garage. While checking in the receptionist first told me that my reservation was for the next day and just as I was beginning to panic he winked and started laughing. 😅 A good joke. The room was very basic but quite big and had a balcony, but there (balcony) was no furniture to sit on. Location is very central and breakfast was ok.

Old school hotel with all of the perks. Great staff that could help me both locally and getting away. The rooms are well equipped and solidly built. I loved that they didn't have small single use amenities.

Good location in heart of beautiful old town

Perfect location in the old town. Hotel and room was adequate, clean, but somewhat uninspiring for such a nice town.

Had to get assistance to get air conditioning to work, which seemed to be offered reluctantly. Bit of a strange empty feel about the hotel.

a pet-friendly place of choice

This hotel is situated in the heart of the old town. We were provided with a nice and friendly reception. Parking area is available and the staff offers support to park, even due to the steep turn to underground parking. Room is quiet and warm. There is good wi-fi connection in the room, corridors and reception hall. TV with several international channels. Very good and abundant breakfast.

great location for a quick stay

the staff was very accommodating and understanding. when the original room didn’t have a city view they provided me a room that had one.

the free breakfast wasn’t the best but the fruit was good and it’s free. there are plenty of surrounding restaurants for breakfast. since it’s in the center, it’s a little loud during wedding season but that’s expected due to the location so just bring ear plugs

First of all , pet acceptance would be our first choice. Location is very good to reachable everywhere in minutes by walking. owner, staff, everyone is friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and hygienic. We were very satisfied I recommend to everyone. especially for pad owners Thank you very much till next time

The location was quite central. It was close to the Sinan Pasha mosque and the bazaar. rooms were very clean and big.

Fabulous location with extremely welcoming and hospitable staff, with convenient parking, bar and restaurant - would def

amazing location on center. easily walking amount the old town with lots of bars and restaurants. extremely welcoming and friendly staff who went out of their way to not only help us but make our stay comfortable and easy. Shower is fantastic with very clean rooms and we all slept really well on the beds. safe and secure parking onsite in the middle of the town was a huge bonus!

Nothing I didn’t really like - was a little bit hard to find the property when visiting from another country especially due to the smaller one way streets, so maybe being sent a little map might help - but we were able to find the hotel so it is not a huge problem.
