Lovely hotel in the center of Prizren

Amazing and recommended hotel in the centre

The breakfast was really amazing. They served good coffee, ex. Cappuccino The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the city centre. The shower is amazing.

Excellent, great service , highly recommended

This hotel provided an exceptional stay. The cleanliness and high quality of the facilities were superb, from the comfortable bed to the elegant toilet with its modern and powerful shower. The breakfast was decent, and the espresso was good. The convenience of free underground parking, including the option to park after check-out, was greatly appreciated. The location is also a major asset, being right in the heart of town and within easy reach of all main attractions and restaurants. Special mention must be made of Tony, who was excellent and went out of his way to help me when I had trouble finding the hotel in the old town. Highly recommended.

Pretty dated, more on the category of a two start hotel. Carpet extremely dirty. Bed very uncomfortable and EXTREMELY noisy all day and all night.

It is great that the hotel has its private open air parking just around the corner of the hotel. By the way, watch out: googlemaps sent us in the wrong street at first! The hotel is very close to the center of town and staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet and mattrasses very good.

Friendly and welcoming hotel

This hotel is so clean and really well looked after. The host and staff there are welcoming, friendly and helpful. There is parking nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely return.

There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room but you can ask at the bar and take it to your room.. There was a balcony but a building a foot away so the view was a brick wall.

Overall a great place to stay

Perfect location, nice filling breakfast, and wonderful attentive hosts.

The room was warm all night, but opening the window helped keep it manageable. Thought we turned the heat off, but it was still warm.

Highly recommended hotel in a highly recommended city.

Kacinari is in an excellent location. It is righr in the center of Prizren, with their own parking spaces next door. It is in a quiet street though. We slept on the street side, but had no bother from noise, although it was very busy due to Dokufest. The facilities are very much in order, from the spacious room with a very comfortable bed, good wifi to the excellent shower. Breakfast was the best we had on our Albania/Kosovo trip, with abundant sweet and savoury choices, and a good coffee of course. Staff is very helpfull and friendly. This all in a stylish and tastefull decorated hotel.

Sehr schönes zentrales Hotel für einen Besuch in Prizren

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Prizren, fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und das Stadtzentrum sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf mehrere Kirchen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz rundet den Komfort ab.
