comfortable option with good parking a bit outside the center

I stayed 1 night and it worked well for me. I purposely chose a place on the way into town so that I wouldn't have to worry about driving in town. The underground parking worked well. The staff gave me multiple room choices so I could pick the one I liked the best, which I appreciated. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I appreciate having included breakfast; this was a fairly standard Balkans hotel breakfast.

The trade-off with the location was that there was really nothing exciting around--needed to go into the center for good restaurants and stores. I didn't like the hallway music that played constantly. The staff were perfectly friendly, but didn't necessarily go above and beyond, the way I have encountered at other places in the Balkans, to try to help.

The work space in my room was impossible to work at as too narrow and I couldn’t fit under the desk when sat down due to the proximity of the bed.

Disappointing

They put me in room 4, which is 18m2, but in the room description, it says that the room is 28m2. The extra space was needed as we had a lot of luggage. The breakfast is very small, and I wouldn't even count they offer if when booking, you will continue hungry after it. During breakfast, although the waiter said that we could order any drink we wanted and I could get an extra plate of breakfast, they charged us for the lemonade and the extra plate! I complained to the reception and they removed the extra charge. The restaurant food is not good. Our food was tasteless and small. It is better to eat outside. They say that they accept card (the hotel and the restaurant), but when you go to pay, they will do everything for you to pay by cash.

Amazing Hotel located in good location which is not far from City Center. Hotel is very clean with car parking. The team who is managing and taking care of this hotel is very helpful and very professional, kind team, and supportive to all. Room size, wifi, bathroom, comfort, AC, restaurant, all are excellent.

We asked for a room not with street view because of the noise. Hotel staff was really kindly. The hotel is new so it was plesant to sleep there. I hope that the customers will respect the place !

The dining room is very large and therefore impersonnal. The cafe staff is very young and has no experience in serving foreign customers. No style, and work as if we are his friends ! Well it's not really a problem...
