Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Lage direkt an der Straße mit Cafés und Restaurants. Supermarkt auch direkt im Gebäude. Zimmer sind nicht mehr die allerneusten, aber gepflegt und sauber. Parken ist kein Problem. Tolle Stadt als Ausgangspunkt um ins Gebirge weiter zu fahren

This is a comfortable family run hotel with historical links to the area. Their aim is to attract tourists to a little known area of Kosovo with a huge untapped potential. The hotel provided a friendly welcoming atmosphere and warm comfortable accommodation with a perfectly fine restaurant in this mountainous region. Local tradition and character are all around so open your mind and take it all in.

The breakfast was very good, the hotel was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable, making for a great stay.

One of the staff members seemed unprofessional. We had booked 4 rooms as a group and everything should have been fine as per our online reservations. However, a staff member gave us a room without asking us, and we were charged €10 extra. She thought it was okay to give us a double bed, but for us it didn’t matter. This experience was disappointing and does not reflect the otherwise good image of this hotel
