Stately 5-star accommodation!

We had a wonderful 1-night stay at this stately multi-story hotel. The views from the windows aren't great, with the mountain view room basically looking at a quarry, and the garden view room looking over towards the motorway, but the rooms themselves are spacious and well fitted with nice furnishings. Check in was a breeze, and despite the hotel being near the motorway, noise wasn't an issue. The onsite restaurant follows the same theme as the hotel, being nicely furnished and staffed by lovely employees. We enjoyed our 'included' breakfast here, and could easily have eaten our dinner here as well. There is a petrol station in front of the hotel, along with a separate stand-alone cafe/restaurant, so if you don't feel like driving into Kukes for a meal, or just want a snack, there is a lot local.

This hotel is positioned about 10km north of the town of Kukes, but access is via the Kosovo motorway, so it's no problem with quick access any which way you're going.

Great new hotel with excellent service and staff. Strongly recommend

Nice clean rooms. Great stuff, very flexible. We were group of nine and had excellent dinner with very good wine. Friendly receptio staff.

Viesnīca par ļoti labu cenu.

Laba atrašanās vieta, netālu no Kukes pilsētas. Mēs šeit palikām, lai no rīta kāptu Koraba kalna augstākajā virsotnē (tas izdevās). Glīti iekārtota viesnīca, kādi no personāla runā angļu valodā. Īpašnieka meita ļoti laipna un atsaucīga. Pietiekamas brokastis.

Istabiņas nebija gatavas un nebija tīras, kad mums tās piedāvāja. Viss tika atrisināts. Brokastis nepasniedz norunātajā laikā nevienā no rītiem, kaut lūdzām to darīt un paskaidrojām, kāpēc mēs nedrīkstam kavēt izbraukšanu. Bet pēc ceļojuma pa Albāniju sapratām, ka tāda ir albāņu mentalitāte - viņi nesteidzas un mēdz kavēt, varbūt arī tāpēc brokastis kavējās 20 minūtes un 23.00 vakarā istabiņas nebija gartavas.

Yo necesitaba alojarme cerca de la frontera y este hotel está bien ubicado, junto a tiendas y gasolineras. Está nuevo, se esfuerza por ofrecer los servicios de un hotel de 4 estrellas, aunque aun le falta mucho camino por recorrer para conseguirlo. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Si no eres albanés, lleva un traductor porque no te entienden ni con gestos.

Es difícil encontrar al personal del hotel, es como un hotel fantasma. Nos acompañó un chico a la habitación pero estaba sin limpiar, cuando le señalábamos la cama sin hacer y las toallas usadas en el suelo, él se encogía de hombros mientras recogía los vasos con restos de bebida. Finalmente nos quedamos en otra habitación que sí estaba arreglada. El desayuno muy mediocre y mal elaborado.

Nieuw hotel . Perfect gelegen aan de snelweg Tirana -Kosovo en 5 minuten van Kükkes. Perfect hotel voor doorreis. De keuken was erg goed en heerlijk gegeten voor een mooie prijs. Gewoon goed. Iedereen deed zijn best. Goed ontbijt en erg leuk gesprek met de manager die veel vertelde over het oude en huidige Albanië. Wij waren zeer tevreden.

Kan niets verzinnen. Het is net 6 maanden open en hier en daar moesten nog wat kleine dingen afgewerkt worden en verbeterd maar dat stoorde echt niet

Sehr exklusives Interieur im Restaurant, Zimmer und Bad großzügig, Empfang und Bedienung sehr nett. Wir waren auf der Reise von Nordalbanien nach Skopje, da war die Lage perfekt, wir auch der Preis.
