Maybe we stayed on an ‘off day’. With a bit more attention to detail our stay would have been good value for money.

Good breakfast, generally clean, clean bed. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner supplied and towels felt nice.

No water in bathroom, unable to wash,shower or flush toilet. Dog running loose in enclosed car park. Shower dirty with mass of hair in the corner. Unable to work the air con (might be my fault). Photos on Booking.com made the hotel look far better than it was. Wine expensive. Kettle in room but no cups, tea or coffee.

Good value

Good value for price, beds are comfy and the airco does cool down the rooms. Location is perfect, since it's a five minute walk from the busstation. Balcony is nice as well during late evenings on summer days. The bathroom is to Albanian standards top notch.

Just a few staff members know English, on the other hand if you take in mind that Albanian is a unique language on its own, why bother? Google translate works out fine and people are willing to help

Disappointing

It has private parking place and the room was spacy, but there were some failures. The food on the menu is good and has good price.

A bed light was broken and not repaired, electricity wall socket was broken, bathroom mirror light not working,... The breakfast is served and you get just two little pieces of bread, three pieces of tomato and cucumbers. Two fried eggs, a piece of feta cheese and a spoon of marmalade.

No elevator

We just needed a place to sleep, and we did not get an idea how good the location was because we did not explore the town. It was on the main street we rode, so it was easily accessible. We found nearby a good place to have dinner. There was a safe place to park our motorcycles. The breakfast was not bad. The bed was comfortable.

There is no elevator. We had lots of luggage, and we carried it to the room by hand. The bathroom has a shower but the sprinkle is immovable, and installed in the ceiling just above your head. If you need to just wash your body - you cannot, because there is no handle. You must wet your hair as well.

Great breakfast. Central location near most transport options. Good cleanliness. The bathroom was surprising, comprising two showers and some kind of jacuzzi, though the latter seemed to only partially work.

The price was slightly high for what you can find in the Balkans (it would have been cheaper if I had booked directly at reception), but still acceptable. Two of the electrical sockets were not working properly. Another one was.

Great check in guy. Very secure parking around back. Good WiFi. The price was a little high for an out of the way city. Nice clean room. No refrigerator, no elevator (but knew that at time of reservation). Good lighting and bright room. Nice big supermarket 5 minutes away. Pillows were a little hard like bags of cement. GREAT Hot cooked to order breakfast, Good amount of electric outlets.

Very good

A good destination if you need to take a break for an overnight stay. Very friendly staff, nice garden, and very good Wi-Fi. The accommodation is in line with the price and if you do not expect luxury, it absolutely satisfies the needs. You can park your car in the hotel parking lot.

If you are traveling with a pet, avoid Albania. Extremely pet unfriendly environment, not only in Kukes but also in Durres, where we went on vacation. People look at you with contempt or astonishment, as if you were walking an elephant, not a Bishon.

Comfortable, clean, good location

The staff is very kind and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great food in the restaurant. We even got a watermelon as a gift for refreshment from the hosts.

It is necessary to renovate the bathroom which is old and the sewer is felt

Nice 3* hotel with smiling staff :)

Good location. Room was very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff is the best thing in this hotel - so nice, helpfull and hospitable. Breakfast is good for 3 star hotel. My kids say that pizza in the restoraunt is very delicious ;)

Value price in the centre. Very kind people, thats a big extra. Always helpful with smile. Insider car parking area if you want, clean and good bedroom.
