Good value

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Good a/c and water pressure. Close to bus station and a 10 minute walk to down town. Did laundry for 7 euro a load.

the bed was comfortable & the hotel offered me a bottle of water

Bathroom smells bad. The drains are clogged and my feet sink when I take a shower Laundry is done slower than said time, some items are not dry even after waiting No explanation of the room and no Wi-Fi password until you ask for it. The Wi-Fi is slow and intermittent. No way to contact the staff, they know they can't reply to the chat system on booking .com, but they don't cope with it. The address on booking .com is wrong. The correct address is 6P6H+FPJ, Prizren Commerce Sh.p.k, Prizren 20000 When I asked for restaurant recommendations nearby, I was told to find them myself. there was no one at the reception when i arrived to there at my check in time, nobody showed up no matter how many times i ranged the bell & texted. i needed to wait for about 15mins for nothing

Great hospitality! We came very late in the evening and there was no problem and the reception clerk helped us with the luggage and gave us useful information.

Super welcoming and helpful staff! Perfect location!

Perfect location, less than a 10 minute walk from the centre of Prizren. Also, the staff were super helpful and friendly! We had a wedding to prepare for and the staff arranged taxis and came along with us to the hairdressers (as we were unfamiliar with the area), and helped us with the tailoring of our clothes. Very welcoming and friendly staff, they made our stay even more enjoyable. We will be back very soon!

Perfecto si quieres ubicarte al lado de la estación. También en buen sitio para ir al centro. Habitación muy grande y con buena cama. Personal amable y dispuesto, hablan inglés.

Que la ubicación que pone en booking no es donde se encuentra el hotel. Contacté con el hotel y me dijeron una calle que tampoco sale en google.

Es gab nicht mal einen Wasserkocher, der Wasserhahn war so wackelig, dass es erschreckend war. Man konnte nur zeitlich auf der Toilette sitzen, weil die Wand zu nah war.
