Hotel Castello

Some places impress you with their views, others with their hospitality. Hotel Castello has both! Breathtaking views, delicious breakfast, and such a warm and friendly welcome. We were surprised with a free room upgrade and a late check-out at no extra cost. It’s these thoughtful little gestures that make a stay truly special. Because real luxury is feeling taken care of without even having to ask. A beautiful place that I would love to visit again! ❤️

The view from.the balcony was beautiful.The two gentlmeman who served the breakfast in the morning and looked after the hotel.were extremely pleasant and helpful

The view from the balcony was beautiful.but be aware that if you have walking or mobility problems the walk up to the hotel is very steep

This hotel was very central, incredibly clean and good value for money. There was only one staff member which we saw the whole time and he was very kind and helpful! The breakfast was very nice. The hotel is up a steep hill but that will be common in prizren. The Bed was very comfortable and we had a balcony with beautiful views. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful country.

Room and bathroom not very clean, smell from the drabins was detecatble in the room. Very difficult access and hard to park area. Bathroom designed that way that there is no space to put any cosmetics there , or event hard to place a tooth paste and toothbrush. Breakfast included, was ok, but nowhere near as nice as described on booking.com
