Hotel 12 is definitely one of the best places to stay in Gjakova. Located right in the city center, the hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the city. The cleanliness is exceptional. Everything is spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The food is also excellent, with delicious dishes and great quality. Every detail shows the care and dedication of the people working there. I would highly recommend Hotel 12 to anyone visiting Gjakova.
