Wonderful stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located on the 12th floor with stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The amenities were top-notch, the breakfast was delicious & fresh. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great hotel conveniently located for a reasonable price.

Our room at Hotel 12 was spacious and beautiful. The bathroom also had plenty of room with a nice shower. We enjoyed the employees who were friendly and helpful. The Hotel is well located on the new park and has secure parking underneath the hotel. The parking signs are a little small so look carefully for them.

Good value in a modern suite.

Great size in the suite. Nice view. Early checkin was provided as the room was available. Everything was as listed in the description. Front desk staff were very helpful and spoke very good English.

Great place to stay!

Large clean quiet room. Super comfortable bed with nice covers and good pillows. Fabulous overhead rain shower with great pressure, lots of hot water and a free-flowing drain. Plenty of vanity space in the bathroom to set toiletries. Nice breakfast. Convenient private parking under the building. Super easy check-in and excellent communication via WhatsApp with the hotel before arrival. Fetah at reception was very welcoming and super helpful throughout our stay.

No electrical outlet next to the desk made it inconvenient to charge devices. No towel bars or hooks in the bathroom. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Superb hotel for price and location.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very spacious, clean and bright. Huge walk in shower with unlimited hot water and good pressure. Beautiful side view of city and mountains from balcony as rooms are on the 11th and 12th floor of the Centre Mall. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even the cleaners. I had a problem using the TV and messaged the hotel. Someone was at my door within two minutes to help me. The breakfast was plentiful in a large restaurant with floor to ceiling windows that overlooked a park. I got free use of a gym in the basement and a free ticket for a movie. I will definitely stay at the hotel again if I return to Gjokova, and it's less than a 10-minute walk from bus station.

It was cool in Gjokova when I was there, so I rarely used the balcony. However, in nicer weather, it would be great to have more patio furniture than just one chair on the balcony.

Comfortable and Excellent Value

Appears to brand new, located on the 11th and 12th floors of a shopping mall. The "lobby" is located on the ground floor of the mall, on the left-hand side, just after the mall elevator. The check-in desk is manned 24-hours and there is a private elevator in the lobby area that takes you to the hotel floors. The room was very large and spotlessly clean. It was tastefully furnished with a desk, cabinet, and closet. The bathroom was gigantic with an extra-large shower area. The room was very quiet at night. The hotel/mall is a short walk from the bus station and there is a nice park across the street. Located very close to the few tourist sites that Gjakova has to offer. Despite the lack of tourist attractions, I rather enjoyed my stay in Gjakova as it is a relaxed town and rather modern by Kosovo standards. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel and found the room the be an outstanding value given the overall size and the quality of the furnishings.

Breakfast is served a la carte in one of the restaurants on the 2nd floor of the mall. You can get there from the hotel's private elevator or by using the mall's primary elevator. The food was OK, but nothing special. Just some suggestions and not complaints: add a waste basket in the bedroom area and there is more than enough space in the room to add 1-2 chairs and perhaps a small coffee table to relax around.

Comfortable way-station on the road to Valbona

A modern hotel with slightly sterile decor in the rooms which are, nonetheless, perfectly comfortable, and I liked being able to step out onto the balcony. There are three different eating places on the second floor, which was a blessing on a very rainy night. Hotel staff were very welcoming and very helpful answering my queries on local bus services to places such as Bajram Curri.

Unless you know where to look and what to look for, then actual entry to the hotel reception is a bit obscure, being not as obvious as signage for the shopping centre whose site it shares. Even my local taxi driver was a bit bluffed and had to ask people near the site.

This is the 2nd time staying at Hotel 12. The room was very inviting and relaxing. It was also spacious and well-lit, creating an open and airy atmosphere. And oh, the view from the window was simply breathtaking, offering a mesmerizing panorama of the surrounding cityscape. The modern and stylish decor added a touch of elegance, making you feel right at home. The hotel's convenient location near popular attractions was an added bonus, allowing me to explore the city with ease. Finally, the peaceful and quiet ambiance of the room provided a serene retreat after a long day of activities. It was truly a remarkable and enjoyable 2nd stay!

Great place to stay in Gjakove

A very nice hotel with great, helpful staff. I had my first stay at this Hotel and it is highly recommended and for me the number 1 in Gjakove. Equipment as in the pictures. The hotel is approx. 1 year old and therefore the equipment is also of high Quality. Big comfortable bed. Mattresses were new too. I value that very much. There is nothing worse than a hotel room with worn out mattresses. The room was clean and can be cleaned daily if you wish. The location couldn't be better. Breakfast was ok. I am already looking forward to the next stay :)

The staff is amazing. I arrived at 9:30am. I asked to leave my stuff, however my room was ready so they let me check in at that time. They also allowed me to have the breakfast at the hotel at no additional charge for that morning. the room was very, very clean as well. This is a very overall nice hotel with very helpful staff.

A new hotel in Gjakova with extremely helpful and friendly staff

The Wi FI was excellent and the choice of television channels was incredible, there were thousands of channels. The large screen tv was extremely good quality. The fish restaurant was very good quality on the 2nd floor in the evening.

The breakfast (same location as fish restaurant) was a la carte with a choice of five items. It would be good if a buffet breakfast was available with cereals, juice and pastries.

Located very centrally for both cultural and business reasons. Brand new hotel. Very kind and helpful staff.

No red tea and sugarfree coffee in the room. Breakfast better to consider also diabetic clients.
