The location was great, the rooms were new and nice and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and nice! We couldn’t find the parking and they sent someone to find us and my husband so we couldn’t park the car.

Overall the breakfast, Hotel and Location were great. The amazing thing that happened, we had an issue with marketing that the hotel staff quickly resolved and went above and beyond. Great stay. We love it.

Sehr gute Lage, direkt in der Altstadt.
Viel zu teuer für das was das Hotel anbietet. Wir hatten ein Luxury Room, was viel zu wünschen übrig lässt. Ein sehr kleines Fenster mit einem Blick auf die Müllhalde der Nachbarschaf. Toilettentür ging nicht richtig zu, Toilettenpapierhalter existierte nicht und Toilettenpapierrolle lag auf dem Mülleimer. Kein Ganzkörperspiegel im Zimmer und im Bad war es zu dunkel zum Schminken. Das Zimmer entsprach absolut nicht einem Luxury Zimmer eines 4-Sterne Hotels.
