You get the quality you expect with the Mercure brand.

Quality as expected from a brand like Mercure. Good-sized room that can accommodate a lot of luggage. Close to the bus station, and there is bus stop right in front - make sure to tell the bus/taxivan driver "Mercure", and they might be able to drop you off right in front (although the street is still about 100 meters from the hotel entrance).

The HVAC seemed set at too high of a temperature (this was in the winter), although one could always open up the window.

Great place, right in the centre with excellent facilities

Great hotel in a good European standard - decent room size, nicely designed and functional. The bathroom is a strong point - clean and elegant.

After a long day and many kilometers behind the wheel, I wanted to get a drink. There is a rooftop bar on the 12th floor. I know that smoking is a part of the culture in the Balkans, but when I asked for a non-smoking area in the bar, I was offered a place...outside. The temperature was around 10 degrees with heavy rain... I would expect a more thoughtful answer.

Dear Sir or Madam, We stayed at Mercure Tetovo, North Macedonia, between September 24 and 30, 2025, for six nights. Overall, we were very satisfied with the quality of the hotel and its services. However, unfortunately, an unpleasant incident occurred on the morning of our departure, September 30th, around 8:30 AM. A ring belonging to Ms. Meliha Sönmez, valued at approximately USD 3,000, was accidentally left in our room when checking out. Around 10:00 AM, we realized the ring had been forgotten, and our relatives immediately returned to the hotel to retrieve it. However, by that time, the room had already been cleaned. The housekeeping staff stated that they had not seen the ring. When our relatives requested that the police be called, the responsible staff member mentioned that the hotel had a safe for valuable belongings and that the police would not be able to take any action. This explanation was surprising and led to the issue not being formally reported to the police. As a result, the ring was never found. While we were very pleased with the hotel’s overall service, this incident was unfortunate and disappointing. We kindly request that this matter be investigated thoroughly and that any responsible individuals be identified. We intend to follow up on this issue until it is resolved. Sincerely,

Modern hotel in the heart of Tetovo. With convenient parking place, everything spotless, nice staff and a cool rooftop bar.

Breakfast was a little lunch-like. Pasta, meat, but little variety on sweet things.

Great for stopovers.

Stayed for one night, weekend. Big parking lot in front shared with the local mall, well lit, cameras all around, safe. Nice, clean rooms with everything needed. Great continental breakfast.

When I'm in Tetovo I always sleep in Mercure. The hotel is amazing and the skyrestaurant is with awesome view! Rooms are clean, breakfasts are tasty!

We think the best place to stay !

The Hotel is perfect for meeting business partners. The friendly Lady Angela was extrem helpful and did her very best. Breakfast was also good and we found a big selection from sweet and sour. The beds are good and we had a good time staying there. We will come again if we need to meet business partners.

Very close to the busstation, bazar, shops, restaurants and the site seeing things Ontbijt was excellent also the rooftop restaurant is very high quality food and nice macadamia wine but the music was to loud especially in the beginning they had terrible modern music later in the evening they turned on the hotel music which contains American Old school Rock and that's music we like.....

Excellent hotel!

Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of local products and continental style as well. It would be even greater if there was a coffee machine (self-service) for coffee/tea. Location of the hotel was great, next to the local market and supermarket and a small mall. Room was as expected and as seen in pictures. Staff were very helpful, polite, helped me with exchanging euros to the local currency so I didn't have to look for an ATM machine. Strong wi-fi throughout the hotel. Comfortable room.
