Hotel has good location, 5-10min by walk to the city center. Big room, clean

We didn’t knew that breakfast is served by 9am and we didn’t got one at 9:30. Mattress on the beds could be better

A phenomenal stay at Le Manoir! I came with my family from Austria and everything was perfect from the very beginning. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and comfortable – we truly felt at home. The service was excellent and the staff were very polite and always ready to help. Breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely come back again. Thank you for everything!

We came from Canada and stayed at this hotel for a short girls’ trip – it was me, my cousin, and a friend. Honestly, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was extremely clean, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – just a 3-minute walk to the city center, and our room had a stunning view of the Vardar River. We booked the King Room with a balcony, and the view from there was phenomenal. We spent hours just relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The room also had Netflix, which was a fun bonus – we watched all kinds of movies, even some you can’t usually find. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant downstairs was great as well. This hotel had every comfort we were looking for. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

An unforgettable experience during a business trip – everything was perfect! I stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and honestly, I didn’t expect the experience to be this good. Everything exceeded my expectations – from the hospitality, cleanliness, service, to the food. This hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort and professionalism. The front desk staff were extremely kind and professional. They welcomed us with smiles, explained everything patiently, and helped us with any questions we had – whether it was about the hotel, recommendations for nearby places, or help with transportation and bookings. They made us feel truly welcome from the very start. The restaurant downstairs was a pleasant surprise! The food was excellent, fresh, and very tasty, with a rich and varied menu. But what made it truly special was the restaurant staff – always smiling, polite, and offering service that made you feel cared for. It was a lovely atmosphere that made us want to return for every meal. Breakfast was one of the most enjoyable parts of the day. Generous, diverse, and prepared with great attention to detail. There was something for everyone – from traditional options, baked goods, to warm dishes and a variety of drinks. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented, and the breakfast area was calm and pleasant. The rooms were very nice, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. Tastefully furnished, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere in the room gave a true sense of peace and comfort. Everything was in order and worked perfectly – ideal both for rest and work. The entire hotel had a warm, clean, and well-organized feel. The shared areas were well-maintained, with a modern design and very pleasant to spend time in. Overall, this hotel deserves more than 5 stars. A perfect combination of quality, cleanliness, and above all, outstanding service from all the staff.

Room was comfortable and people was even kind but there are also negative points

First of all is incredible that in 2025 hotels don't make invoices to the customer. Mine was a business trip and in spite of I requested an invoice many times they just pretended to do that later but I have never received I stayed 2 night : nobody has cleaned the room and set it. Towels not changed. Shower gel dispenser empty from the check in. Toilet paper missed. I requested to set up the room but nobody did it. I'm so sorry to do this negative review but I can't accept this kind of behavior they are just moking guests in this way ( at least in my case ) . I travel a lot and I use booking for long time so I never had a similar experience before. I wish you can improve your service.

De beds are comfortable

This is by far not worth 5 stars. No bath and fireplace as mentioned, no coffee and tea facilities. There is a kettle in the room, but no cups, nor cutlery. Also, the shower is loose, dangerous. There was only one towel, we had to ask for another one. No explanation about breakfast, wifi etc.
