It was a nice stay, swimming pool was very nice. Staff was kind.

Although breakfast was not expensive, I prefer having my breakfast included in the original price, as well as use of spa facilities that needed to be paid extra. The hotel is a bit distant from the center of Tetovo.

Wonderful experience

Staying there was a wonderful experience, starting from the hosts who were very kind. The place was very nice and the room was clean. The fact that we could use the spa until 00:00 was great too. Everything was on point!

The hotel was comfortable and clean..the staff were friendly and attentive, the restaurant was 5 star and the staff were fantastic.

That the Hotel was a bit far from the main centre, but it was quiet so wasn't to bad if you have a car.

Best choice in Tetovo

The best hotel you can get in Tetovo. Can't compare to any other in comfort nor in quality of service. The price is also better than many other low quality hotels in the city. The room is spotless, modern and automated. The bed is very comfortable and the spa center is amazing too. Warm recommendation.

A superb hotel to stay in Tetovo

Nice place with good staff, great food and a good location. The only downside was the extra facilities like the sauna, jacuzzi and Turkish baths which were out of order (only swimming pool was ok) for which we paid extra to use them. Overall a very good stay, clean rooms, plenty of fresh towels and nice restaurant/bar. Would definitely go back again.

Amazing service,kind staff,clean room

Thank you for everything ! During my stay the staff really helped me a lot,they are friendly and always smiling. Special thanks to Tina,Gsimi,Eliza and Agnesia.Everyone is so kind at the hotel and they make my stay very comfortable. I don't know why people rated badly but both the restaurant foods and the behaviors of the staff amazing.Also my room was tidy and clean always.If you come to Tetova,this hotel is definitely great choice. As a Turkish person,the staff and the personels in the restaurant even try to speak Turkish with me that's why I dont feel homesick in my Erasmus experince in Macedonia. :)

An Outstanding Experience – Our New Go-To Hotel! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t praise the team enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and continued to show exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. Every day, they kindly checked in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and were always ready to help – from arranging taxis without hesitation to offering assistance with anything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable. Our room was spotless thanks to the housekeeping staff, especially our cleaner who did an incredible job – everything was always fresh and tidy, and the room smelled absolutely amazing. The restaurant also deserves a special mention. The team there was extremely respectful and friendly, and the food was delicious. We never had to wait long, even when we ordered meals to our room. The value for money was excellent as well. We truly felt at home and left completely satisfied. This will now be our regular hotel whenever we visit our hometown. A heartfelt thank you and full respect to the entire team for making our stay so special!

Let's say it was acceptable

The food at the restaurant was good, the personnel was helpful and attentive, the room was clean, wi-fi was working.

In the room, the electricity was interrupted due to a fault in the card holder that made the contact. This happened every day of my stay. Even until the day I left, they didn't manage to fix the defect, they just tried to improvise. The charging station for electric cars wasn't available until the last day.

There was no breakfast included! The location was fair!

There was announced SPA, but SPA was under reconstruction! They should inform us about unavailability of SPA, because while selected this hotel we gave the most advantage to the SPA!

NB Hotel & Spa , is the best in Tetovo , amazing place , everything was more than perfect , wow the pool was so big the water was warm nice clean we swim all day with my friends , than the Spa, was so cool , Fitness , everything in the place was working like there is no tomorrow, we asked for extra remote control for the TV they give us 4 of them, Jakuzi i have no words for that, so much bubbles overflow water from the top, Girl from the reception was so nice I am in Love with Her , this place is like in the paradise , eve better , thank you for the best time we had , NB Hotel & Spa , you are simple the best.

Good internet connection.

Quality of renovation can be better, if you want to close the room door, you need to lift it up a bit. Not all facilities available declared in description. No hangers for your cloth etc. You have to pay in advance with flexibility from staff to change your reservation then. Taxi business cards available on reception, but price and availability are unknown. Don't recommend

Awful experience still awaiting a response from the hotel regarding refund

Nothing we couldn’t stay as we tried 3 rooms and they were all filthy and we weren’t given a reason even though we paid before seeing the room
