Even I had a free parking i needed to pay 100den in the end, bed was too soft from my perspective,

Great centric location and good room

Room was very big, there is everything you need for one night.

Bathroom was kind of small and Humanities seem a little bit used or older but everything works.

Misleading and false advertising

The location is very good and close to city centre. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work, filters clogged the man attended and did his best to rectify it was a little improvement, more maintenance required. Room was a little dark and could do with better lighting. No soundproofing as we could hear the tv and people talking next door. The parking is advertised as being free and that was a nice surprise when we checked out and got to the car park and we were charged. False advertising through Booking.com

location is wonderful and the rooms are spacious and clean.

the staff is unwelcoming, the reception didn’t bother much upon our arrival and the breakfast is not worth it - there was almost no food before more than 30 minutes before it closed and the staff didn’t care.

Everything was great except when you opened your door to the corridor it stunk of stale smoke. The breakfast area was the same with people smoking non stop. Hard to enjoy when we don't choose to smoke but don't have a choice

Perfectly good.

Back for our second visit, and we got a room upgrade through our booking, which was nice. And extra sitting area and a good bed, with extra help from the staff with extra pillows.

Last time we visited, we had individually cooked breakfast because it was during Covid, now there was a buffet, which was nice in theory, but not great in practice. Nothing really fresh with still 1.5 hours remaining of breakfast time.

We are extremely satisfied with our stay in this hotel. The staff is very kind. We booked two double rooms, but we asked for a replacement for a triple room because one family member did not come with us. Due to our specific situation, we had the need to extend our stay the next day by a couple of hours. They allowed us and did not charge us extra. The hotel is located in the very center of the city. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and the beds are very comfortable. We slept really well. If we ever come to Tetovo again, we will definitely stay in this hotel.

Overall it was a really pleasant 3 days stay

In the heart of the city, with nice rooms and a beautiful view of the central square and the mountains surrounding the city, with steady wi-fi network, that is legit for working/studying and nice breakfast. The people in the reception are polite and ready to help you with your stay.

Rooms could be a little bit more cleaner, soaps, shampoos & Q-tips should be daily renewed, and there were some problems with functioning the TV signal to work properly and broadcast programs.

Exceptional

The hotel is located in the city centre of town. The view from the balcony is on the main squre. It is close to everything in the city. The room was clean and comfortable. Breafast was very deliciuos. I recomend this place in the heart of Tetovo.

Disappointing

It was very central and walking distance to many place. It had a park for out car, though seemed to be there are maybe 2-3 place for the customers. Breakfast was very good with many options, we liked it.

While the first impression of the hotel and the room was good, big, comfortable, etc. Soon we have encountered many unpleasant things. Our air-conditioning was stuck at 26 degree and the controller was not working, in the reception they could not find any solution as simple as a new battery. We are lucky that our room was stuck at 26, other nasty things could happen, too. Next the place was very dirty. Floors were covered with a carpet, but who knows when they were cleaned. We had a red Haribo gummy bear stuck on the red carpet it literally required some afford just to remove it. The bathroom was really bad. Everything was old. For the price that they charge we expected more.

Description on booking does not match reality

Although we reserved parking and in description of the hotel was that the parking is in area of a hotel (ie expected safe parking) we were introduced on the main road in front of a hotel. During our arrival, there were no space and the instruction from receptionist was to park somewhere at public where we find some space.Luckily after few minutes one parking lot in front of the hotel was free.he receptionist had several versions about construction of the parking spaces, occupancy of parking spaces,... Even on reception there was a label in several languages saying that the guests are not supposed to park in front of a hotel as they can get fine from police. The receptionist was not really friendly during discussion about parking. Important to mention, availability of secure parking was my key criteria for hotel choice. Definitely something you do not want to solve after one day of driving in the evening.
